“Quality of food and drink was below standard for a executive lounge. Range of food limited to 3 choices for lunch. I could not choose 1 to eat. Loads of chilli and garlic dishes. As to wine 1 choice for white rose or red and just undrinkable. It was cheap plonk. Disgusting. Lounge was cold and stark. A total waste of money. £25 Down the drain xthe 4 people in our party”

“Some parts to the lounge are generally good but I did not think that there is enough variety to the food that is available, it seems that they have cut back and I would have to think twice about returning.Ido not consider that they give good value for money.”

“Arrived on time as scheduled for our three hour stay and was greeted by the lovely staff at reception. They welcomed us, made us feel right at home. The lounge was fantastic a nice quiet atmosphere coupled with good food and drinks.”

“Truely wonderful lounge. Staff very efficient, food constantly rotated and very good variety. Seating very good and access was limited at peak times to stop overcrowding so pre booking a very good idea. All in all a great experience and well worth the expence. Will definately use the lounge again.”

“Really comfortable and a lot of different choices to drink. Disappointed by the food a bit. Really not a lot of choice but what was available was good. No food available on family side and my son who is 16 was not allowed to come and choose his own food in the adult side.which was ackward.”

“The lounge is always very clean and a great place to unwind ready for a long flight. The food is good and varied and the staff very pleasant. we have used this since it opened and even bought a visit here for our nephew and his wife on the occasion of their wedding in Montego Bay which for them was the icing on the cake!”
