“We were in there at 5.30am the staff were very helpful and the lounge was clean. The food was lovely my only suggestion would be bigger plates”

“Very busy as taking people in on the day as opposed to pre-bookings only. Food of decent quality although choice more limited than other lounges I've been in. Seating was very tight and limited given above comment.”

“Unfortunately I found the lounge to be very outdated and neglected. I tried to use one of the only 3 sleep pods, but the lounger was too old and uncomfortable and broken to be of much use. The food was very plain with only one choice of meatballs - no non-meat choice at all. The lounge is open to the floor below which means there is no barrier against the noise. The whole experience was a total disappointment.”

“Visited 15th December 2019 05:00, we were given a warm welcome and told to sit at a table for 2, food available was good, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, beans along with cold items too, there were hot drinks and a full bar service, all staff were friendly and polite. Overall a very pleasant experience and a good start to our holiday.”

“It was quiet. Breakfast was good. Good selection of breakfast food including bacon, eggs etc. Staff friendly and helpful. I find the Newcastle lounge on e of the better ones I use. It’s a good start to my long haul flights! Good value for money too.”
