Not the greatest lounge we have ever been in. All the tables (that were free) were dirty, the food wasn’t the best and the chairs aren’t comfy.

fair value for money when one considers that food and drinks are included. Staff as always, friendly and helpful, and the seating is comfortable. The quality of the food and drinks provided is good. The only downside that I can think of is that certain individuals, (a very small minority its got to be said), tend to over indulge in the drinks provided, and be a little noisy as a result. This would not stop me using your services in the future, however.

Travelling in group of 6 including 2 children 4 & 7 year olds and Lounge was really good, plenty of space, seating with tables great selection of foods and beverages and made the whole airport experience much nicer and easier definitely be booking the lounges again for our airport travel.

It was a lovely experience! It was our first time in the lounge and it was made special from start to finish. The lady behind the bar was so friendly and lovely, we told her we was going to Brussels and she said she had lived there for a few years previously and gave us some recommendations. Our flight was delayed so we went back to the lounge and they let us sit down and have a drink and some food. I would definitely recommend and definitely use again. It made going to the airport relaxing and not having to stress getting a table anywhere. Thank you!

This is the first time that I felt short changed. In fairness, the lounge was extremely busy but nevertheless, it was filthy, previous customers remains everywhere. Glasses were dirty and the food needed restocking. I don't mind paying the best part of £30 for a lounge but it should be better than this. Sorry!

I found the lounge to be a peaceful haven. Good selection of food & drink. For one who is a nervous flyer, this was a calm environment away from the hussle & bussel of an airport.

Too busy to really relax. Maybe a separate family area away from the drinkers would help?

Looked a bit tired and dated, with the tables crammed together. The porridge was delicious though. Just needed a bigger selection of pastries. Good value for money, but I wouldn’t call it premium in relation to the other lounges available.

Nice and helpful staff, two hot dishes (meat &vegetarian), pasties, salads, cakes to choose from (self service); regularly replenished. Nice atmosphere. Tends to be busy at times.

Over busy and not a very relaxing environment. Food was just ok. Not sure we would pay money to go back.

Enjoyed our recent visit to Aspire, terminal 2. Have visited on several occasions. However, would like to request non alcoholic beers be purchased. My husband is a drinker but prefers no alcohol before flying. Aspire is very relaxing lounge, friendly staff. Many thanks.

Very nice. Good selection of drinks. Often the server isn’t available or you have to wait which is unacceptable for a premium lounge and the sausage was hard. But aside from that was nice

On arriving at the lounge we were sent to the another one as it wasn’t clear on the website. The lounge was empty but they could not accommodate our family, my mother struggles with walking but still the staff member would not accommodate this to the point of being rude. Staff need training on equality issues and basic manners. To be honest after spending over £200 on the experience it was a pretty shocking would have been better in a coffee shop better selection.

The lounge was extremely tidy, well presented and fully stocked with food and drinks. The only issue we had was the lounge was or seemed to be overbooked, we had to split our family up with 2 people at 1 table and 3 at another. We only got to be together for about an hour as people started to leave. We were in premium class so could have gone to escape lounge for free but paid to ensure we were together and in comfort, sorry but on this occasion it never happened.
