“A very comfortable and relaxing start to our holiday, staff welcoming and informative, wide variety of drinks available, although feel that the breakfast buffet could be improved and plates could be bigger instead of small side plates, would highly recommend and will definitely use on our next holiday , Thankyou”

“It was a bit crowded and not as comfortable. It would have been helpful to have more comfortable seating. The shower facility is really nice.”

“The lounge tables were dirty with wet ring stains and crumbs everywhere. It took me 10 mins of walking around to find somewhere half passable to sit. I wiped my own seating area clean and moved dirty glasses onto another table. The flooring was filthy and needed cleaning and the bathrooms were dirty. There were 3 dishes of food which were not recognisable and inedible mush. I was extremely upset. I picked up a roll of dollar notes and handed them in at the receptionist who took a while to acknowledge my presence then thanked me when I said I had found the money in front of the reception on the floor. My experience was not at all pleasant for what I paid and I would be wary of recommending the lounge to anyone else. If there was a zero star I would give a zero.”

“The venue was extremely crowded but despite this, the facilities were clean and continually restocked. The staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant. I would gladly return. One power socket by the panel windows was out of commission which I referred to the staff on duty. The lack of power outlets was an issue combined with the crowds.”

“Very unhelpful miserable staff, especially the lady who i think may have been in charge. Not a very good start to our Xmas holiday. Made to feel guilty asking for a drink that’s when she noticed you were there ! She was the only big let down.”
