“Was a nice relaxing start to the holiday. Only complaint I have is the price for children who are charged full price from 11 but cannot eat or drink the same as an adult.”

“Booked the new lounge looks lovely but no flow to it. No televisions in booth. Prefer the other one. Was there is morning, had booked via Edinburgh Airport and they did not have my booking on their list. Food was cold, no one there to tell. Pancake machine was out of mix, took a while for them to replace. No one behind the bar waited a while again, eventually shouted into kitchen for service. It was OK but not any value for money.”

“Had a very enjoyable time in the lounge. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were professional and friendly. The hot dishes were not too my taste but there was plenty of other choices available and at breakfast time there were eggs etc. the chairs were very comfortable and the lounge was quiet. I will definitely book again when passing through Dubai”

“Away from the busy hustle in the airport main concourse and waiting areas, here in the Aspire Lounge you can chillax, have a drink and something to eat, maybe even a pancake. It’s a great place for my family to relax also; especially when 2 members suffer anxiety.”

“We were travelling from the UK to Kathmandu very near Christmas. The Airport was busy. We easily found the Executive Lounge and it was like an oasis in the desert. We regenerated in then Lounge and tackled the ongoing journey with new vigour. We will certainly continue using the Executive Lounges.”
