“I have been in many lounges around the world, even in some ‘remote locations’ but this one has really shocked me. First of all, i have arrived 30mins before my booked time. I know, rules are rules and I can’t come too early. However the manner in which this message was communicated was well below the standard. Secondly, when I finally got into the lounge, i saw a mouse/rat wondering around it. When I mentioned it to the staff, they again just said - oh yes... sadly because of that experience, could not finish my food. I am not a disgruntled customer but rather concerned that at the Airport as big as Amsterdam, with so many people passing through, the quality standard in this lounge is so low. I am very dissapointed.”

“This was fantastic, easy to find. Reception desk to confirm our booking was seem less and made us very welcome. Great service, very well looked after by the staff which made the whole experience very relaxing and chilled between connecting flights. Highly recommended”

“First time at this lounge after using the other at Terminal 2 and found this one to be much better. The lounge is airy and spacious and is a excellent way to start your trip/holiday. There is a good selection of drinks and a serve yourself food bar. WiFi is available in the lounge with plenty of charging points. The staff are pleasant and keep the lounge clean. We will be using this lounge again on our next trip.”

“10 to 15 minutes queue to enter, waiting for 'turn up' customer bookings and payments to be processed. No attempt to wave through prepaid customers. Seating restricted so no-where to sit down that didn't have previous customers' used plates and glasses. Food and drink good. 3 out of 5”

“We were a bit disappointed in this lounge as it felt like a few seats had been put in a space in the airport just to accommodate so it felt quite squashed around the food area and not as comfortable as other lounges. It also didn't help that the toilets were not in the lounge and a fair walk away when we were tired from a connecting flight”

“The Liverpool lounge was spotless but the food was slow in coming out from the kitchen as there wasn’t enough staff. The 2 ladies that were on duty had to man the reception, man the bar, bring out the food and tidy and clean the tables. They were super rushed off their feet which isn’t right for them and the passengers.”

“This lounge was very clean and relaxing, food was great and constantly being replenished. The only thing that could be improved were the toilet facilities, there was a queue for the women's toilets the whole time I was there. Overall a great lounge and good value for money”

“Great way to start a holiday and get away from the noisy chaotic hustle and bustle that you see at the check in gates. Check in is always swift and smooth. The room is very calm and well decorated. Mostly clean depending on times of visit. There are many different areas to sit at, there is a screen with flight info and many charging outlets. The food is very samey samey on each visit and of low to average quality. The staff is a hit and miss. My pet peeves is them leaning against wall or furniture and being on their phones none stop. This is unprofessional and has not place on an Airport lounge.”
