“This lounge is not as nice as the other lounges but it is close to the Ryanair gate which means no rushing. Was nice to see Dinesh again who is always so pleasant to everyone.”

“We have experienced great hospitality in Kenya, whereever we have been. Staff was not serviceminded. Not even a smile. Lounge was hard to find as we didnt know it was Aspero. The food was dry and was about to be changed for breakfast. Even new food wasn't anything to talk about. The positive thing was comfortable chairs since Jomo kenyatta has no international standard to talk about.”

“We had a vey good experience on our recent visit to the Birmingham lounge. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful and the food and drink plentiful and of good quality. The staff were helpful and attentive. We have already booked our next visit.”

“Wide range of food and refreshments, all very fresh. Food was delicious! The lounge was very peaceful and I was able to relax before boarding my flight. Staff were very good at restocking and keeping the lounge exceptionally clean. I use this lounge every time I go away, and would thoroughly recommend.”

“Really great service as usual. We always stay in the Executive lounge when we travel, such good value for money. A few cups of coffee, something to eat would cost so much more if paying in the cafes etc in the main terminals. Comfortable seating, never crowded as bookings are well managed. Staff so helpful. Couldn’t recommend more highly”

“Lounge has improved since last time and food quality is much better than before. Drink selection good, although it is a pain only being allowed a single measure. I understand the reason behind it but it should maybe be a matter of judgement on whether or not someone is drunk and if not a double should be allowed. Overall decent lounge.”

“When I booked online there was only one lounge I could access, this meant I had to go through passport control in Schiphol to reach it. When I got to the lounge I was re directed to another lounge more appropriate for my flight which meant doing back through passport control. Apart from this I enjoyed my time in the lounge, there was plenty of fresh food and refreshments. The seats were comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. It made my stop over a lot easier.”
