“The executive lounge experience at Montego Bay was good. The process was very easy to follow, and the staff were all very helpful. The choices of food and drinks were good, and the facility was very clean and well maintained. The only downside was that there were no bottles of water available with the food - water had to be served from the bar with the remainder of the drinks.”

“This is the first time I have been here for breakfast and was a bit disappointed with the roll and bacon. Was for me a bit uncooked.. when I ask if it could be cooked more was told stick it in the microwave. The rest of the breakfast stuff was fine. Plenty of cerals and drinks. The afternoon and evening time is a lot better. Plenty of snacks, sandwiches, cakes.”

“My husband, myself and our two friends loved Aspire Lounge! We were in the new Aspire lounge which was very clean, modern and ideally located for our particular carrier (Ryanair). The food selection wasn't huge, but it was delicious - great vegan / veggie options and also a lovely beef stew and cheese selection. The wine and other drinks (gin, whisky, etc) were great, and it was definitely well worth the money when you factor in airport bar prices! Will be back!”

“The layout and food has improved but the WiFi is still dreadful on our last three visits there have been problem experienced by both ourselves and other lounge users on two occasions we have had to exit the lounge to use other wi fi facilities to email priority information to add insult etc etc when we asked about your loyalty points system we were told to log on to sign in or up. The Liverpool term taking the Micky springs to mind. Matching your Liverpool lounge with others we’ve used leaves it sadly lacking. Your management sadly fails to match the standards of your staff working there who continue to supply excuses over this issue”
