“The lounge was ok, always better than sitting in the airport. However had to wait quit a long time to get served and the hot food was luke warm. I have had better experiences in previous times”

“A good relaxing pre-flight lounge with multiple facilities, excellent food choices and drinks menu, fully integrated with airport information and run by friendly, profession staff, will definitely be using again.”

“The lounge was very packed and busy, not very relaxing. The food options were not very impressive or varied. Prosecco wasn’t on offer which I would have expected as it’s not a very expensive drink.”

“I wish the Air Canada Lounges were as good the Mo-Bay lounge in Montego Bay. Food is very good. Drinks are plentiful with lots of variety. Always look forward to spending some time there before our flights back home.”

“Insufficient seating, an alarm kept going off for the entire time we were in the lounge and the food selection was not great, although the one item I did have was good.”

“Lovely staff. Clean everywhere. Hot fresh breakfast constantly being topped up. Nice coffee and good selection of drinks. We shall definitely use this service again.”

“As always the Aspire Lounge Edinburgh was excellent. Takes you away from the main areas of the airport to relax and enjoy a refreshment and bite to eat. Will always book when flying. Great value”

“Pleasant surroundings, good range of hot and cold food for morning as we visited at 5.30 am.Staff all very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend the lounge as a great place to relax before a flight.”

“Wasnt the best of greetings when we first entered the lounge. Reception chap was too interested in the PC screen than attending to us. The food was ok although I did prefer the breakfast meal when they were on all day. Cleaners were very quick to tidy up and polite. Other guests who were in large groups were quite loud and unaware other guests were trying to relax, at no point were they asked to quieten down by staff, we moved to the opposite side of the lounge for a bit Toilets had a terrible smell of urine.”

“I found the terminal 2 lounge was not up to the standard of the other lounge at terminal 1. The food was not as good and the range of food was very poor.”

“There is usually some kind of "hassle" when checking in - often taking longer than checking on to the flight! Not always a varied range of food and drink on offer.”
