“The seating was not very comfortable for eating but OK for dozing off. The food was rather uninspired and some of the items on the website were not available - or the staff behind the bar did not know about them. Cleanliness left a little to be desired, toilets on site would be helpful and an adults only section would be nice. I was woken from a much needed nap by a small boy screaming!”

“The lounge was good but the booking process with Revolut is shocking. I paid for a lounge pass but it does not allow you to book a date or time. You have to just turn up and see what's available. Ridiculous. We turned up 2 hours before boarding and the wait was 90 minutes. What's the point in letting my purchase 2 passes when we can't book a slot. I will not be using this again.”

“Aspire lounge at Gatwick North Terminal was quite good. Had to ask for bacon and other hot breakfast items as they had not been replenished. One of the two ladies toilets was out of order which is a slight improvement on my last visit as neither were working. Since this lounge has been modernised there have been problems with the ladies toilets.”

“The staff were still setting up past 4.30 the bar service was very poor, the food choice was average, should invest in a toaster, tidying of tables wasn’t very efficient, awful especially when I had experienced Manchester 6 weeks prior total different experience.”

“Good location, nice layout with excellent food offerings. No issue being served drink as staff member always on hand. Lounge kept tidy by attentive staff member doing the rounds constantly.”

“Always a good start to your holidays or travels. Good food. Lovely ambience Good selection of wines and drinks. Constantly topping up when food gets low. Wouldn’t start my travels without going in here first.”

“Courteous staff, good selection of buffet food and given the opportunity to bring in and eat hot food from other food kiosks. Excellent selection of alcohol and non alcohol beverages. Clean and comfortable surroundings with WiFi access and tv. Other benefits included fast track onto the plane. One concerning incident was when fire alarm went off, staff initially didn’t appear to know how to respond a lot of confusion which didn’t instil confidence with the patrons but firemen came to the rescue and appeared to be a false alarm- so all was good. Will definitely use again!!”
