“Lounge was great apart from how busy it was when we arrived... We were initially unable to sit so as we had paid the same as everyone in there we would have preferred the same service as far as seating goes.”

“Considering how much you can pay for poor quality food and no where to relax, this is a no brainer. Maybe not neccesary on short haul but definitely makes a difference to a long haul flight. Worth the money, great service.”

“I really enjoyed the lounge, it took away all the stress of queues and was nice and relaxing. I will be using it from now, its the way forward! Staff were nice and friendly.”

“It was a nice lounge, however no toilets so you have to leave. Also it is not clear that you get a free glass of bubbles upon entry. I bought a glass each that wasnt used, so a complete waste of money.”

“It was cold. Full food selection not available at the time of our visit. Cold drinks machine not working properly. One out of two ladies toilets working.”

“Love the executive lounge at Luton, nice selection of food and drink. Although I don’t understand why you have to pay extra for Prosecco and not wine - both generally are the same price to buy in all good bars & restaurants. Toilets weren’t the cleanest considering we entered when it opened. Apart from that really a good way to start a trip”

“Another very good experience at Aspire Lounge Newcastle. We had a table reserved as it was quite busy, food was lovely a great choice. Could do with more bar staff as only one guy serving and therefore sometimes a queue at the bar. The staff work hard and tables were cleared quickly. We will be back soon!”

“AspireLounges Went for breakfast, has everything you need for breakfast, bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, beans, pancakes, fruit etc. Quiet and relaxing, i would recommend.”

“It was very easy to find and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Inside was relaxing and the food on offer was tasty. If I really had to pick a fault there was no sweet option which would have been nice but that really is the worst I could say. Would definitely book again.”

“I always use the aspire lounge at Luton, a relaxing comfortable stay as usual. A bite to eat, coffee & a glass of wine, perfect. This time in particular as the flight had a 2 hour delay. Staff friendly & helpful.”
