“A great start to the holiday!! There was a great selection of food and drink available, the staff where chatty and really polite and made sure we had a great experience. We couldn't recommend it any higher and will always look at booking the lounge for any holiday”

“Nice way to start your holiday. It was relaxing Only complaint was the draught lager, was poor . Heineken must be one of the worst lagers you would chose to have on draught”

“Outstanding great food plenty of choice friendly staff very clean we enjoyed the calm atmosphere before a long flight the only negative thing I can say it was a little small and you had to go out of the lounge for the toilet”

“The food options were poor and there wasn’t much variety to choose from. Some staff were pleasant but some were quite cold”

“We arrived for an early flight and therefore was present for breakfast. Good choice of hot items, pastries etc. Bar service was very good and removal of used crockery etc again very good. It became extremely busy so recommend booking ahead. Didn't seem as relaxed as other lounges I have used and nor as good as the Aspire T1 lounge for some reason?”

“Having paid good money to visit you’re lounge on 12th November & looking forward to having a nice relaxing breakfast before our flight to the Dominican Republic only to find there was a very very shortage of food on offer. There were no gaps or rolls with which to have with small amount of bacon that was on offer. No fruit in fact not much of anything p. We were told that they were having problems with their deliveries & hadn't anything else to offer. We were told we could have a refund but told in no uncertain terms that if we did we had leave the lounge IMMEDIATELY. Not happy with the experience will think twice before we book again”

“Always enjoy using the lounge before our holiday. Its calm and relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. Food and beverages always a good choice. Friendly staff to kick start the holiday!”

“You get what you pay for, I'm sure my partner and I got that and it was certainly very relaxing and nice to chill out prior to my partners first ever flight (at 58 !! ) . Food was lovely , as well as the drinks albeit a little limited with draught beer, although bottled beer had a good quality selection, would I use this lounge again? Definitely yes,good value but very importantly the staff are very professional and friendly.”
