“Firstly problems getting into the lounge booked on 11th Nov flying on the 16th Nov no record of my booking staff very unhelpful had to pay again £60 to get into the lounge very embarrassing 20 mins at the desk .Have since received a refund .Not a good selection of food at all we ended up having a cheese batch and a ham batch”

“It was a problem find lounge 26! I passed three times police control, no one knew about the lounge. When I find it, a lady told me that I can't stay in it, and my destination was lounge 41. The only benefits were, a nice and polite black lady at the reception, hot coffe, but the lounge very noisy and cold.”

“Arrived early morning checked in quickly, disappointed with the seating chairs not very comfortable, there was a reserved area with far better seating and tables I was unaware you could reserve in the lounge, overall a good experience but could be better”

“Easy to book online and prices were reasonable. I selected a very basic English breakfast as there wasn’t much choice and they had run out of clean knives. Hubby opted for fruit and a croissant. Very limited dessert options but lots of available seating and magazines. The television nearest to our table wasn’t working and one of the coffee machines was also out of service. Staff didn’t appear too happy, unfortunately. Not the best airport lounge that we’ve visited.”
