“Changed to T2 lounge because holiday changed due to Thomas Cook demise. Excellent, accommodating customer service to effect change. Lounge initially congested but soon thinned out. Only constructive criticism- please provide fresh not stale bread cakes for my bacon butty. Will be using lounge again.”

“Really enjoyed, visited with a group of ladies going on a shopping trip on a Saturday morning found our visit great value for money staff were very welcoming, did find staff slow to clean tables after clients left, also no toilets located in the lounge”

“Too many people in too small a space. Need more comfy chairs and there should be a separate area for families with noisy children. Food and beverage service fine. Some people couldn't get in despite reservations.”

“The seats in the lounge was very uncomfortable plus there was not enough for everyone, but the part of the lounge reserved for Singapore flights had lovely comfortable seating lots of space and free papers. Food was ok passable”

“Very busy when I arrived had y To queue for nearly half 20 minutes, staff was rude and short when my partner wanted to find a seat saying he has to wait.check in time was 11,15am, my flight was at 2.15pm but had to leave lounge to make ways to gate to board at 1.15pm which meant did not have 3 hours in lounge”

“There was extremely limited food when we arrived. All the plates, dishes were lying empty. When I asked why, they informed me it would all be topped up soon. Why was it all allowed to run out? Even when it was filled up choices was very much lacking. All I was able to eat was bread and butter, cheese and crackers and hard, dry scones. Rubbish, save your money and go elsewhere.”

“Fabulous service, comfortable seating, ample food and drink (in moderation!), friendly and helpful staff, stress free and a great way to start a fabulous holiday experience flying to a Caribbean Cruise. What's not to like? A really relaxing way to go on holiday.”

“The lounge was nice, there is a very small quite room which we used. The small quite room is exceptionally small - room for three small tables. The lounge itself is very small, I can totally see why you would not be able to find a seat if its busy. The food was ok, wouldn't say it was excellent. Not a huge choice. We didn't have alcohol, so cannot comment on this. There are four toilets, all very clean and well maintained.”

“Plenty of variety of breakfast and lunch (our visit over lapped), staff very helpful and always cleared up dirty crockery etc and constantly refilled food! Definitely will return.”
