“Although I understand it was between Christmas and New Year there were insufficient Staff on duty when my Party of 4 visited the Lounge. This resulted in a long wait to book in and the food had ran out which resulted in another wait whilst it was replenished plus another wait at the bar because the Staff were elsewhere. There was no Red wine available at the bar. Fortunately it was not too busy had it been the visit would have been worse than it was particularly with the limited time available between getting through Security and going to the departure gate. Not a good experience although the Staff despite being very busy were pleasant and friendly.”

“Good value for money but didn’t like the seating arrangements as we were given ‘aisle’ seats which were very uncomfortable to sit on for over 2 hours. The staff were brilliant.”

“Worth the £20, especially when our flight was delayed. Could do with clearing the tables more regularly - there were quite a few dirty when we arrived, which meant we had to move things to sit down. Wouls be good to have more armchairs / soft seats.”

“Thankfully we had our tables reserved as it was a very busy day in the lounge. When some of our party left to pop to a shop the staff attempted to clear our table as well as move bags to resell it on to others who wanted to come in, luckily the rest of our party informed them we would be back shortly. Food and drink options good, the deserts option needed more regular stock but we understand it was a busy day.”

“Loved peace and quiet seat comfort and lunch and wine and whiskey and spacious clean uncrowded toilets especiallyas our flight was delayed by one hour so we watched monitor until gate advisory Staff all friendly and helpful”

“There wasn’t really anything wrong with it but wouldn’t necessarily recommend either. The room seemed relatively small and there was a few very loud people in the room might be useful to have different types of seating areas sectioned off”

“Savoury selection was great although there was not much in the way of dessert/cakes/pastries which would have been a nice addition for those that enjoy that with a cup of tea. Drinks selection was good, seating comfortable and lounge was not too busy which made the atmosphere more relaxing. Overall, would love to use again.”

“Nice atmosphere, The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was nice areas were clean. Seating arrangement weren't the best only large groups around low tables making it difficult to eat. No cider available.”

“Bread was stale fruit salad had started fermenting not the standard of other lounges we use. Staff were very friendly and help full but they can only work with products given.”
