“Food and drinks good but the internet does not work. ”It is a problem we know”. If I am not able to work there what point even having a lounge... ”Try to go to KLM lounge and steal there Wi-Fi password”: was the answer i got to solve this issue!”

“Nice and quiet which is good but really do think there should be a bit more choice,,i have used these lounges for years.. but in honesty has got to a stage where its too much for too little ( food wise) has i don,t drink myself...”

“Lounge is very nice and just the atmosphere needed prior to flying, however the hot breakfast let is down and was very substandard, the cheap sausages and bacon quite frankly were awful. Next time I will avoid those.”

“we travelled on the 28th December 2018 in the morning, finding the lounge welcoming and comfortable with the breakfast first class, plenty of hot drinks with a Vodka and Tomato juice to start, a very enjoyable 5 day break in Spain”

“Really nice selection of hot food, soups, salads, cheese and cakes. Staff were very helpful and good selection of drinks. Would have stayed longer but my flight was beckoning !”

“Disappointing, struggled to find a seat, and the table wasn’t cleaned. No Toilet facilities. More of an corridor than a lounge, rather a waste of money.”

“Lovely start to our break , quiet and relaxing area the food was lovely with a nice choice of hot food plus snacks and cakes and a varied choice of drinks from soft to alcoholic , comfortable seating , and polite staff clearing your table regularly. would definitely use again.”

“I recently travelled to Fuerteventura from Bristol with a group of friends (8 of us in total) 6 of whom are frequent travellers and users of the executive lounge through their bank accounts. I booked for myself and my husband, however upon arrival at the lounge my friends weren't allowed in as you were only accepting people who had booked therefore As my friends weren't allowed in I didn't go in. How do I go about getting a refund?”

“I booked the lounge for as part of my husbands 30th, it was the first time we had both used it. We found it very relaxing and a great way to start your holiday, we will always use the lounge now. Great value for money.”

“Food and service is good. Good to get away from the main airport waiting areas. The lounge itself is beginning to look tired and needs a refresh. We’ve used it many times over the last couple of years and this time could see a much needed refresh. Furniture looks a bit worn and some walls have scratches and stains on them”

“Good choice of lunch and lovely salad bar. Pleasant staff. Good choice of drinks. Only downside, and apparently nothing to do with the Aspire lounge, were the ladies toilets just outside. No toilet paper and the one I went in, the toilet itself was filthy. I don’t think it had been cleaned underneath the seat for some time!”
