“We arrived at 10:45 am and the breakfast had been removed and chilli was now being served. I spoke to the staff and they said breakfast was finished because of waste food!!!! I asked for the supervisor and when she arrived she confirmed the breakfast is removed at 10:30 despite the website stating it was served until 11:00. However she then offered to prepare a fresh breakfast for me and my husband so very good service recovery. But please just stick to the published times. All other aspects were satisfactory.”

“Excellent value for money. my wife and I spent almost 3 hours in the lounge, in which time we had soup and a pasta dish followed by cheese and biscuits. We also had two very nice glasses of wine, free use of the internet and free supply of daily newspapers, all in comfortable seating and peaceful surroundings. A WINNER”

“Lounge was more crowded than expected probably due to number one lounge being closed. Drinks were great but food was disappointing. We arrived at the end of time for breakfast and what was left was very limited and hard. The replacement offering was slow to arrive and there was not much choice either with hot or cold food. Staff were friendly and helpful though couldn't fault them.”

“Very pleasant couple of hours spent here. Staff friendly and helpful. Good selection of breakfast available, coffee from the machine very nice. Ample seating and wifi good. Waiting time at the bar a little long at times, and difficulty with one member of staff who was reluctant to pour a white wine spritzer in a tall glass!!”

“A comfortable lounge with good offerings for breakfast. As our flight was delayed 2 hours we really appreciated the comfort of the lounge We like to go into the quiet room in the lounge but found this was noisier than other areas in the longe. Signage here needs to be more prominent”

“Wonderful service very welcoming couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous selection of food, curry, sandwiches, salads, fruit, cheeses, patisseries. Massage chairs even massaged the soles of my feet wow. The waiter brought us blankets so we could lay down and go to sleep. We will definitely visit again.”
