“Overcrowded and poor service. A big let down and if you were reliant on return custom day in day out you would go our of business. Lucky for you that you catch people going on holiday maybe twice a year at best. Won't be returning once bitten twice shy.”

“We were first in. Staff a little slow to get going & held a standing meeting whilst we were there. Once that was over (only 5 mins & it was clear they had new staff) the place was swiftly set up for business. Used before & preferred that set up (been refurbished in last year). Will use again.”

“We arrived about 5.15am and the lounge was reasonably quiet. However we did have to wait to be served and also the hot food buffet was half empty. I think they need to have more than one person working front of house at that time”

“Overall a good experience. This lounge has been there for several years and has now possibly been converted to an ASPIRE EXEC LOUNGE? Good staff, good environment, good wifi connectivity and selection of reading material. Just a small suggestion to improve on some of the vegetarian choices, its replenishment and food temperature. No major complaints otherwise. I shall surely endeavor to spend time at this lounge on my next trip. Thanks”

“It was the first time I had used that particular lounge and was impressed. It is well laid out out and the facilities were excellent although I didn’t use the shower facilities. The seating and “the quiet room” also the catering were comparable with other lounges I have used . All in all I spent a relaxing couple of hours before travelling to Edinburgh. I would highly recommend it .”
