“Good selection of foods according to the time of day, fridges are well stocked and replenished, again with a good selection of soft and alcoholic drinks. Staff very helpful, courteous and busy, keep the whole environment clean. Even asking some super excited holiday maker to keep the excitement down, just a little to respect other users. Done in a very understanding and diplomatic way, understood by the party, and appreciated by the other lounge users. Even when I don’t get it complimentary, I pay for it, as I enjoy the experience. Keep it up, and strive to improve. 👍”

“Being from Inverness, this was my first visit to Inverness Aspire lounge and was very pleased with the facilities available. The staff in particular were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would use this facility again.”

“What's not to like. Lovely lounge with great facilities and decor, good selection of hit and cold food, alchol and soft drinks. However the cherry on the top is the absolutely fantastic staff, so helpful. Would not use any other lounge at Oliver Tambo and recommend all my visitors use it as well. An excellent example of a top notch hospitality service.”

“Last minute booking whilst abroad, was unable to print my receipt whilst on the cruise shop but the staff sorted us out promptly and very efficiently in the terminal. Fantastic range of food and drinks available, wish we had known about the complimentary shower and wash facilities. Definitely recommend!”

“Visited Aspire Lounge Bristol 1.20 pm on Saturday 12th January 2019. Pulled beef risotto looked awful, very dry and unappetising. Soup container virtually empty and dried up again! Complained to manager, no apology. Pasta and soup arrived 20 minutes later. There used to be plenty of newspapers, not now. Mainly magazines. Signage at Bristol for Aspire sends you round a complete loop ending up near where you started above duty free. Disappointing.”
