“There were no sausages. Bacon & egg arrived out separately. Food was cold. The bread was stale. Latte from the machine had no milk in it.”

“Great place to visit for our four hour layover in Dubai. Food and drink selection was very good (the cheese was excellent!) and the staff were very attentive. Having some proper lie flat beds would be a great addition rather than the chairs and footstools that are there. We will definitely use again the next time we are in Dubai and need somewhere quiet and calm to sit :-)”

“Was good apart from one man taking up a 4 seat area by putting his bags on two seats and lying across another 2 seats sleeping. I couldn’t understand why staff did nothing about that. Also the TV went off by timer and my wife asked it to be switched back on but the member of staff didn’t bother. A fraction belligerent I thought.”

“The Lounge was extremely quiet and comfortable. We use the lounge every time we travel and have never been disappointed. The food is always amazing and plentiful, with many choices. The choice of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are second to none, and served by very friendly and courteous staff. Can'twait for our next visit.”

“Arrived 30 minutes early but not allowed in but other people not booked in allowed access.bread rolls stale and hot water for drinks empty ..no toast available with breakfast. Poor compared with other lounges”

“Upon arrival at the lounge we were told they had over booked and we were turned away and given a ten pounds voucher for the inconvenience!!”
