“We arrived to a trainee, that I don't have a problem with, however the frosty woman in charge who was meant to be the mentor was hopeless. The food was OK not anything fantastic and to make it worse there was hardly any and had to ask for it to be refilled, now call me old fashioned but thats not my job, I paid for lounge access to be a pleasant experience, but this is not the case. To be honest you would be as well using the airport facilities. All in all my first lounge as a new member and I found it to be the a reasonably unpleasant experience and didn't enhance my travelling experience, is the membership worth the effort, that remains to be seen, but the new lounge at Edinburgh isn't helping that. On another note, maybe get another 3rd party company to manage your review platform, as the optional questions don't apply to your services. Really guys you need to try harder”

“It was a great start to are holiday. You sit back a relax and your holiday starts here with excellent coffee,tea,soft drinks and alcoholic all included in the price. There is also lots of food and lights snacks to choose from again really good and all in with the price. There is a good selection of magazines and news papers as for the staff there were so helpful and nice. I will with out doubt be going again excellent value.”

“The food was good, and the layout was thoughtful, providing discrete area for couples or families to sit together. It was largely peaceful, although our neighbour could have done with a separate business area to conduct his series of conference calls. However, we learned a lot from him ;-) The receptionist was great but the barman could have been a bit friendlier. We will definitely use this facility again.”

“I think it is a shame that you have to go out of the lounge to use the bathroom! I was travelling on my own and it was very difficult with my hand baggage especially when the lounge got very busy. Limited food/drinks and not a lot of seating”

“The boarding for the flight to Dubai was at 12.15pm I arrived at the lounge at approximately 1045am and at that time there was a limited menu and no lunch menu available. The lunch menu was only available at 12.00 which was too late for boarding and therefore I don’t feel I got the quality of food that reflects the cost of the booking. Aspire needs to cater more in terms of quality of food for those passengers who travel on midday flights.”

“Good on previous visits but our last visit a considerable let down as no sandwiches or filled rolls available due to exceptional circumstances all the posters said, we were relying on them for brunch, as due to travel prior to that, and our onward flight times it left us very little time for otherwise, we asked if we cd return into the main terminal to buy from another outlet but this was frowned upon. I’d like to ask why the Lounge staff didn’t go and do just that? Surely they should have a plan B in place for such issues? Almost £80 we spent for soup, cheese n crackers ..... oh and the pleasure of him hovering around us”
