“hi I would like to give you more stars but your drink policy of paying for proseco is a not very good for people who want a glass or 2 we had to buy a full bottle .witch after paying for 4 people to go in your lounge and no mixed fruit cider your drinks options are are poor at best. I will not waste my money on your lounge again.”

“On arrival the greeting was unfriendly. Eventually we managed to find a seat in a very cramped area at the rear, would appear you have no control as people we spread out asleep and taking up space that we could have used. We also found it inconvenient to have to go outside of the lounge and into the main Terminal for the use of toilets. The food that was supposed to be hot was not and the selection was limited. We have used Lounges at Terminal 3&4 at Heathrow and at Gatwick and yours is the worst. In fact the first and last time we would use it. I await any comments you have.”

“We went as a group of 3 guys to the new lounge.. which was very spacious clean and modern , big bonus is the toilets are located inside the lounge unlike the other lounge where you had to leave the lounge. For the little extra pounds .. it was worth it . Only downside,they need to use a better supplier for the rolls ,they are dry left uncovered which wont help either but their is plenty of liquids to wash it down . We had a good time in the lounge with comfy chairs and window seat. Staff very inventive always clearing tables and happy to help !! Will be back in May !!!”

“There was not much choice in food. The food that was there was horrible. I really would not book in to the lounge if you are expecting a decent warm meal. I wish I would have eaten elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommended”

“I ended up at Heathrow terminal 33 instead of 5 where I had mistakenly booked. They took a bit to make the transfer but were very willing to help me. The food and shower were very good, the seating was comfortable, but could have been better.”

“Pleasant surroundings. The lady on the reception to lounge was very helpful when we were making enquiries regarding our flight and also very pleasant. The waitress was a little abrupt and short with me when I told her the coffee was empty not explaining properly that she would bring one from the bar. I would use again”
