The lounge at Johannesburg was ok but nothing special. Not much of a view. Seating not that comfortable. No gluten free food on offer. The only advantage we found was that it provided a quiet space away from the hustle and bustle of the main airport areas. We only found out that there were areas to sleep when we were leaving the lounge!

This is a rather small and busy lounge which is shaped more like a corridor than a lounge.

The staff were nice and friendly, and the food on offer was ok but nothing more. The lounge furniture was less than clean and generally tired, as is the general decor ... in summary, in need of a refurb! Wouldn’t probably use this lounge again, but not until it’s refurbished.

The loungr decor was great but we were disappointed with the temperature of the room in December. We felt it rather cold. We also thought the morning food was on the thin side but the service was good & access to the lounge was great.

Slightly disappointed with the selection of breakfasts this visit. No continental choices, very basic fruit. Nothing exciting or unusual. Staff were nice and it was clean. But not value for money in my opinion this visit.

Many plugs didn‘t work in the Lounge. The Food was ok but a little more choice would be fine. The staff was friendly and the Lounge was clean.

First time we have used. It was really too busy and limited food selection. Would probably have been just as well in the main airport lounge. Not sure if will use again .

Food ok but not a big choice. No one at the bar so you had to go look for them. All the comfortable chairs were roped off for another party but the 2 hours we were there no one sat in them. This us the reason we chose the lounge was to sit comfortable 🙁

We normally use a different lounge but thought we would give this one a try, not enough service staff on and had to queue for a while to get a drink each time . Not enough two seaters so had to share tables with other people and were really cramped . There was a sign advising about having more than three alcoholic drinks and I’m quite capable of knowing my limit so didn’t need this . Overall it was ok but would probably not go back

Not the best start. I waited so long for the lift (as had a baby stroller). Eventually had to leave my baby unattended downstairs and run up the stairs to first floor to get help. Receptionist and waitress not particularly friendly. Good food and drinks.

It didn't make me happy, the staff on the front desk were curt, almost to the point of being rude. All the lounge staff that I saw were long faced and miserable, the selection of snacks was very poor, all in all not a very pleasant experience on my first and last visit to your lounge!

There is not such a range of food on offer now, so that wasn't as good as it used to be. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. Would book again, but not for the food!

I was slightly disappointed with my visit to the lounge as seating was extremely restricted...we were informed we may have to share a table. Our only option was high stools which are not my idea of relaxing before a long flight. I think the lounge was over crowded.
