Juices were not fresh they were from concentrate! Disgusting! Coffee tastes awful. Not good range of food. Front lady was very confused like she never worked there not very friendly.

Friendly staff but disappointed as no baileys no martini and food was cold gutted as I’ve been using the aspire lounge for years always 4 of us. It has definitely went down in standards compared to when I first started using it which is a shame I am not sure if I will be using on my next trip in April 😐

Good drink selection. Food and snack trays were empty for a long period of time before any member of staff realised and refilled them. All of unhappy and hungry customers on this occasion.

Great views and peace and quiet. The down side was the standard of food on offer. Limited selection and what there was on offer was of very poor quality. I have been in a few executive lounges and this was definitely the worst food on offer.

Easy to book, convenient. Average quality of food, very limited selection of food and you have to pay for faster internet and showers. Not really something I expected from Executive Lounges considering the prices charged. I would not recommend Lounge 41 to my friends

Lounge was nice, comfortable, food and drink was of a good standard. My only issue was that we were chased out before 10.30am when we had booked until 11. I understand it was Christmas Day though and staff want to get home. But to tell us we were going to miss a plane that wasn’t even close to boarding was unfair. We’d paid to not have to wait for an hour in the main departure lounge. Hopefully will be 5 stars next time. And there will be a next time.

It’s not a bad lounge and generally tidy and quiet. Two negative points, there are no toilets in the lounge, and you have to leave the lounge for the facilities - this can lead to issues returning to the lounge! Secondly, we always seem to have delays entering the lounge, this was the third occasion I have used this lounge and each time the staff seem bewildered that I have brought a print out of my ticket (paid in advance), almost like they don’t know how to manage the process. I have never yet been refused entrance, but it is not building confidence.

It was a good deal for drinks but the food was pretty rubbish. The cheese board was just a small block of cheddar that looked like it had been there all week. The salad was brown. The food didn't match up to the menu that was promised

The food selection at time of visit (6am-8am) was rather limited. Basic selection of cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon and rolls. Pastries were chewy and cold. No cold cuts or cheese platter. It may offer good value for money drinks wise, which is of no use to me as I don’t drink. It does not offer good value for money food wise, certainly not at breakfast time. Long queue at the the tolites, located outside the lounge, as only two cubicles are available. Otherwise an adequate experience in terms of service provided. I may choose to experience Escape next time.

The food was good. Had to wait too long for staff to appear at the bar area. Staff I spoke to had a very limited knowledge of English.
