Part of the lounge was closed reserved for Singapore airlines. Which isn’t right when people have paid. Also no comfy seats you feel more like you are in a cafe than a lounge. We will stay with Escape from now on.

Good selection of beverages, not a particularly high standard regarding the warm food dishes. The sandwiches were the most satisfying choice of offered meals. The Wi-Fi connection was useless I’m afraid. Slow and intermittently disconnecting itself. Very disappointing.

The only disappointing thing was finding a seat as lots of seats were reserved for Singapore and no one was sat on most of them whilst we were there

Away from the crowds and hustle and bustle of the airport. Food and beverages were good.

I wouldn't exactly say it made us happy ! The food is really rather sad, it was much better a few years ago but in our opinion, has gone down hill since then. The decor is a bit sad and needs updating. If you pay for lounge use it should better than the standard in the cafes, would think twice about booking again !!

We are not regular users of the lounge using it approximately once a year of the past 7 years. Our first visit was most enjoyable when it was self service. Over time the lounge has been revamped and in our opinion although the surroundings are nicer the service is not as good. Although having drinks is not the sole reason for using the lounge, as with most people starting their holiday, it is quite important to us after having breakfast. Last year there was continual bar service from a member of staff. However, this year, the bar service was only available when one of them decided to appear from what appears to be a sort of kitchen area. At one point there were four people awaiting service. Over time the cost has risen from £17 to £21. I think it is still good value considering bar prices elsewhere in the airport, but I will be considering carefully any future visit.

Reasonable food, space, but why take so long to sign-in and too busy

It was sufficient but however due to another airline booking out a large area of the facility to which I only saw 2 passengers use , everyone else was forced to stand and wait for a table and then share tiny tables with strangers. It was an awkward experience not at all what I had expected.

The aspire lounge was great apart from the poor food selection. We weren’t expecting a full buffet but they only had on pasta and vegetable curry and then a small salad bar. However the drinks were great and the lounge itself is very nice and relaxed.

I did enjoy my couple of hours in the lounge, the only trouble was I couldn't log on to the internet. Otherwise it was really nice and the staff were very pleasant. It was nice especially when I went down to get my flight and I realised how nice it was to just chill.

This is a nice lounge and standard as expected. Couple of things were it was way too hot in the area something everyone was commenting on. Also a little over crowded at one point which made it incredibly noisy and lack of seating.

Plenty of space, and an unhurried atmosphere. Could do with a greater range of food.
