“The only problem I had was it took me a while to get in, as there was no one at the desk, then when someone did come, they wasn't sure what to do as they were only covering and the man in front of me had a problem with his ticket, but once I got in, the few staff I saw were very nice, food and drink ok, problem with wifi not working which seemed to be a bug bearer with most people, overall experience just ok nothing to shout about, think no1 lounge has the appropriate name lol.”

“Area is very comfortable. Drink selection is good. On a negative side there were no cups near both coffee machines. I had to ask near the kitchen for cups to be washed. We also had to wait around 5mins for food to be brought out. However, we regularly travel abroad and we will definitely book the lounge every time.”

“Slightly disappointed that I had a 20 minute wait to get into the lounge. There was only one person at reception to deal with everyone. Also, the food wasn't that great- wasn't much choice. I think I arrived at a busy time.”

“It did not make us happy. It was overcrowded and nowhere to sit as people where lying on the setting provided to sleep, leaving no room. Also some works going on in the lounge making space even smaller. Food was too spicy and not a great selection. Overall a major letdown in comparison to everything else in Dubai. Ideally would like a refund.”

“Lounge in itself was OK rather busy, but try to get a drink from the bar and I wish you good luck! We were in the lounge for 2 and half hours and managed to get 2 drinks - as soon as you stood at the bar the staff seemed to miraculously disappear!! Good choice of food though.”

“The food and drinks were excellent. Everything I tasted was very good. However, I thought sofas would be more comfortable. It was not possible to extend the feet and perhaps having trays to carry the food would make it easier with less back and forth.”

“Good availability of sockets / charging points. Food selection was not very good. Arrived at 10 a.m. and many breakfast items were not available. Lunch selection starts at 11 a.m. - poor selection.”
