“It was clean. However, it was short staffed with one person manning reception and the bar which meant there was delays. There were also queues for the toilets as there were only two.”

“This was an OK lounge. The food was good quality and replenished regularly and staff cleared tables quickly. It was quite crowded and difficult to find a seat to start with and the layout makes it tricky to move around especially as (understandably) most visitors have some sort of luggage with them. Not as good as other lounges I’ve visited!”

“The lounge was very busy and we struggled to find a seat especially given Singapore Airlines had their own segregated area which was hardly being used.”

“Way better then waiting long hours in front of the gate. Sometimes it was as nearly crowded as at gate. Meals, Drinks and Service were OK but not more like a 3 Star European Hotel-Breakfast”

“The comfort of the seating area was nice, Free drinks were good. The staff were a complete joke though. Neither one of the girls working wanted to be there and would often be hard to find. The food took forever to be replenished and they ran out of glassware.”
