The staff were very pleasant and the coffee was good. I was disappointed that there was only big white baps available, Generally there is more selection of breads and toast available. The quality of the bacon available for breakfast wasn't great either.

To be honest we found it quite basic compared to the other lounges. The bar were very slow at serving as the staff were away from it more than around it and you had to hunt them down tto get served. The staff were pleasant.

Nice environment with good drinks. Only negative comment was that the food choice was exceedingly poor and left overs from Breakfast were crusty and not appealing. Bread doughy and hard , no butter on view ....

Good coffee. Ability to have a shower. If you are interested in proper feedback, you should also be asking for constructive criticism. I enjoyed the lounge but there are definitely improvements that can be made. The amount of time given to shower is too short. It should be 45 minutes at least. Also, the choice of food is very limited. The lounge also felt a bit too busy and crowded.. there should be quiet spaces where one can get away from the frenetic buzz and chill a little. The No. 1 Lounge in terminal 3 is more spacious and you get an hour to shower. Otherwise enjoyed it.

Nice selection of food and drinks . Did not enjoy atmosphere and it was too busy so it was noisy. Lack of lounge seating to be comfortable .Would not say it was good value.

I found the lounge to be a little small, and as such there weren't many options for places to sit. The staff kept the place really clean and tidy, quick to clear glasses and plates away, and clean the environment. I found the food available to be rather sparse, neither a great deal of choice, nor a great deal of it. The chairs were comfortable and I liked having a separate quiet area. Strange I thought that the TVs were located here! I felt disappointed that there was an additional charge to use a shower. All in all, the experience was adequate. I overheard a couple saying that they had paid £15, which I thought would've been about right. I paid £25.

Barely any space to sit, felt like the lounge was stuffed into a corridor. Staff were pleasant enough. OK selection of hot and cold food. Wine served in thimbles.

Easy check in. Plenty of food and drink, but food was very average. Not enough staff and too many customers as there were no seats available. Not worth it.
