The entry was cumbersome as the receptionist seemed not to accept or have my printed reservation on record. He therefore asked me to connect to the wifi and send the reservation through to him

The newspapers were useful and the coffee machine is good. Unfortunately, it appeared to be overbooked, and it was difficult to find two seats - the large Singapore Airlines section was empty, but reserved and of no use. to those seeking seats.

A friendly welcome and lovely and quiet. We were there at breakfast time. Food was disappointing, stale bread - presume it had been defrosted.

I would appreciate that the drunk people that disturbed everyone in The place were sent out of the lounge We took the lounge to be calm and quiet before the flight and it was not that. It was noisy because of the group i told you about . The took a lot........ of free drinks and enjoy the place and we were very bad about the fact that no one sent them out . Sorry but we did not appreciate the lounge for that Diane Beauchamp

The lounge itself was OK, I had to clean the mess from the table I found though, which wasn't a problem. The main problem I had was the horrible greeting I got from the front desk. I walked in and said hello, stated my name to see if she could look up my booking only to be rudely interrupted by "have you paid for the lounge?". I said yes and proceeded to show my email confirmation, admittedly I should have printed this out, but it's 2017 and barcode based so I thought it didn't matter. She then asked me for my name, which I had already tried to give her before she interrupted, and reminded me that I should have printed the email out for her. Everyone else was great bit this was a horrible way to start the experience. The complete opposite of a welcome greeting.

The food was great and customer service was great. Showers were fair too. However some of the massage chairs are worn out and not working properly and and just brought the standards of the place down

Was not as comfortable as I thought it would be and for the first hour there were no hot meals as there was a problem with the electricity. I would not waste my money using it again

Unfortunately this visit did not live up to previous visits. The lounge was very busy with a large area cordoned off for Singapore Airlines. How you are supposed to eat bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans and sausage on a side plate is beyond belief

The staff were great and nothing was too much of an ask. However due to lack of people using the facility there were no snacks just food you had to order. Terminal 2 needs to get more flights as it was dead.

Drinks both Alcholic and soft were of a good standard as was the service. Hot food however was extremely poor and consisted of macaroni cheese and a chillie concarnie and rice both were empty during our 2 hour visit and not replenished ot executive standard
