“Very nice lounge and food, but the staff were miserable and unhelpful, we had to go and look for a member of staff to get a drink twice, and ask for more sausages, only to be told there was plenty already out so I asked HER to show me, oh I'll have to get some more once she realised i was right, she obviously doesn't enjoy her work. It puts you off booking again, maybe I'll try one of the others next as I've never had a member of staff treat a customer with such poor service, not even a smile how hard is that even if you aren't happy in your job.”

“There was hardly any food. The barman was very sociable & offered us packets of crisps. Poor chap, I felt really sorry for him. Total waste of money. Plenty to drink...........but No food!!!!”

“we visited your lounge early on this year and since you have moved this one you have now does not live up to the other one ok its bigger but there was not as much food /beer available as the other one we were very disappointed”

“The lounge was cut off from the hordes of people thronging the airport, offering a quiet haven while waiting for our flight. But the very limited food choice and disposable cutlery could certainly be improved upon!”
