“Love to start off my holidays in the lounge :-) Only this year we booked 4 friends to join us, we found that after praising your lounge, when we got there this year, the food & snacks was in very short supply, so was rather disappointed :-( as it didn't make a good impression on us or yourselves with asking friends to join us!!! drinks was still flowing though, overall are stay was still enjoyable...... :-)”

“We normally book the lounge as it is nice to relax in the peace and quiet. However, this time we were not impressed with the snacks. I am allergic to mayo and all the sandwiches contained it. They were unable to make me one without and could only offer small wrapped cheeses and biscuits. Perhaps the bacon sandwiches could be offered all day? The staff did seem to be having problems keeping up with demand for the food.”

“Not the easiest place to find but once there it was quiet and clean and tidy, staff were friendly although busy setting up for the breakfast period. The lounge offers good value if you use the facilities and offer comfortable surroundings to wait for your flight overall I would recommend and use again.”

“Ok but food ran out quickly and I felt that one menber of staff was rude he told us to keep the noise down when we were laughing I wouldnt come back for thefood but the drinks were good”

“It was last May when we used the lounge. We rarely fly these days and we found the lounge rather uncomfortable. The service was good and the staff very helpful but the lounge itself is rather dark and gloomy. We probably won't bother next time”

“Was dissappointed with the new layout. We had to queue to be served was much better when you could help yourselves. That was one of the reasons for using the lounges so you didnt have to queue to be served. There used to be more variety of drinks and snacks. Hoping you revert back to how it used to be.”

“At the time of my visit, it was quite busy, I was unfortunate to be there when there was some noisy people also in the lounge, I felt it quite disturbing so I left early. The drinks and refreshments were adequate.”

“The Aspire lounge was very crowded when I visited and there were a lot if crumbs and debris on the tables and floor which the staff seemed to be struggling to keep on top of. Having said that the staff were very nice and helpful which made the visit an overall pleasant experience.”
