Compared to some of the other lounges in different terminals under same ownership, this one was a little disappointing. It was a much smaller area with fewer snack options. The ambience was not as restful as I had hoped.

We arrived about 10.30 having been travelling by Coach since 3.30am. This was between breakfast and Lunch and there was very little to eat. Surely Sandwiches, Pastries etc could be offered all day. Soup arrived after about half an hour but was not really what we wanted. Coffee and Alcohol was plentiful and the Lounge quiet and comfortable Shame about the food which meant it was not really value for money

The Lounge had good selection of soft and alcoholic drinks, self service bar. It was clean, professional but didn't feel cosy.

OK but a view would have been nice, also more than just a hot bacon roll.

Always a good start to our trip, although the soup is very nice would be good to have a sandwich on offer. biscuits and cake very nice ,but not a lot for the savoury palate. Helpful attendants , a little oasis away from the madding crowd.

Quiet, pleasant, fair choice of refreshments. Worth using, but nothing out of the ordinary.

A reasonable lounge. Could be more comfortable with more space. Snacks etc are also OK but again could be better.

Although having some space to sit down was great. The lounge wasn't wjat I thought it would be. Having paid £20 I would have thought that there would have been more food available, as I mean for £20 you can buy a meal outside if the lounge. But it was all just dry snacks. Crisps, dry bits of cake), no fruit no sandwhiches nothing worth the money. If you drink beer or wine then I understand why you would pY for the lounge bit for people who aren't bothered about stocking up on alcohol before the trip then it's not worth it, go spend the twenty quid outside on some real food!

I'd score it 3.5 stars out of 5 if i could. I'd say the £20 per person (or thereabouts) that we paid is decent enough value and i'd probably spend it again. The actual posistioning/setting of the lounge was pretty poor as its an inner room without windows and the food choice wasnt the best. But it was clean, quiet and the selection of drinks was good. The service was also friendly.

The lounge is usually quite busy, limited choice of snacks for breakfast. It is comfortable & a good relaxing start to a flight.

There is very much a them and us feeling in the lounge with the business customers in a spacious, bright area with views of the runway. The holidaymaker section is tucked away in the back and doesn't offer the same standard afforded to the business customers.

The lounge area was fine. Staff seemed to grudge giving us any alcohol. I have a feeling this was because my group and I are young students and they clearly expected us to be loud. This was not the case yet they still looked like they were in pain whenever one of my group asked for a drink. I would not go back

The lounge was nice , however it was my first time using it so I did not know what was available to me. It would have been helpful to have someone take 5 minutes and show me around.

I think a slightly more better selection of food would make it a lot better, and someone serving at all times,so not standing around waiting on someone coming out from wherever they where to serve you a drink..

After being told to use this lounge by a family member we did , there were no bacon rolls even though it was morning ? There were stains on the chairs and stained ceiling tiles and tables that hadn't been cleared away . I was expecting more from a lounge at one of the UKs busiest airports and wonder why the staff/ company wouldn't clean the stains and put a few cowling tiles up to improve the overall look of the place ?
