The lounge was adequately tidy and stocked with snacks/ drinks. Staff were friendly. I much prefer lounges where the flights are announced and this reduced my overall rating from Good to Normal.

Ok surroundings but a bit dark with no windows, much preferred the old serve yourself system as now when the lounge is busy there is only one person serving, whilst I appreciate that some visitors abused the old system for drinks I feel it's a great shame that the many suffer for the few. Could be a wider variety of snacks & tables could be cleared on a more regular basis Overall, at best the lounge gets a 'just acceptable' rating in view of the price one has to pay.

Found the staff to be unsmiling and in no rush to serve drinks,we actually felt we were an inconvenience.

Compared to the lounges at Heathrow and Gatwick the one at Luton really is a poor relation. The selection of food and drink was really limited and the space itself is very small and not well lit. That said it was a lot less busy than the departure lounge so it served a purpose.

Worthwhile but slightly disappointing. Quite busy and rather noisy. But comfortable seats and decent refreshments.

On the day that we visited the Executive lounge in Glasgow airport, the lounge was full to capacity. We had difficulty finding seats. We eventually shared a very messy table with another couple. It was a very hot day, and the air conditioning was out of order. There was no ice for our drinks until eventually, a very helpful staff members got some from another bar. What should have been a pleasant, first time experience, just wasn't! Wouldn't go back!

was not what i expected, no chips, no real substancial snacks and hearing a group of young adults being advised they should be aware they wont fly if over drinking when they were perfectly sober to not hear the same message delivered to myself or others was rather riddiculous as it pigeon holed that group

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the surroundings are a bit tired. Still worth the money though and a lovely quiet, calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the main departure lounge

It is such a pity that there is no toaster provided. Or if it's the old health and safety issue, (customers not competent to use a toaster), a ready supply of hot toast! There are some rolls but they are not even warm. Some slices of prepack fruit cake to go with the prepack biscuits would be a welcome addition.

Having stayed in the normal service lounge many times it had started to go downhill and we were pleased when it was refurbished. As it was our wedding anniversary we treated ourselves and paid the extra to go into the Lounge plus. This was not worth the money that is being charged. The staff weren't very forthcoming about how to get the hot foot and we didn't realise that you could order from a menu until about half an hour before we left so we only had a cheese platter and some nibbles. As we had a booked when the lounge first opening it came with an offer of sparkling wine for each of us which we had to ask for, and also in the paperwork we received they were supposed to offer a free Aspey whiskey as part of the package. My husband asked to try this and the lady said that it wasn't free. I said that the paperwork stated that it was free. She eventually handed me one but wasn't happy at doing so. Overall it was nice to use the pod, but I won't pay the price to go in again. I may try the normal Aspire lounge next time, but to be honest that it quite pricey now as well so we will probably just stay longer at home and spend more money on the plane!!

Unfortunately we missed breakfast and lunch was a poor affair, choices of soup or crackers and uninspiring cheese. Wi-Fi was patchy especially at the far end of the room. However it was nice to escape the main departure lounge and enjoy a relaxing drink.

Yes was ok very low key and very quiet - staff were lovely and helpful but felt like a library where you had to whisper incase you got removed.

I found this lounge a little on the small and cramped side. The food selection was not as varied or extensive as other lounges I have visited, however it was clean and the staff were pleasant.

We have used this facility several times, but our last visit was not as good as on previous occasions. The food selection was very limited, although the drinks situation was as good as ever.

Slightly disappointed at the variety of food on offer compared to other airport lounges, not really value for money it costs to use the lounge, also when we first arrived at the lounge we had to wait for a seat.
