“Limited catering, family area felt slightly grubby and in need of a revamp, toy area good but again had that "nursery school" grubby smell. Staff were friendly and helpful, but not worth the additional cost when the facilities in the main airport are so good.”

“Lounge was crowded and noisy . We have young children and when in the lounge we make sure they are quiet and respectful of other guests. Unfortunately other parents are not so considerate and we were forced to move to avoid noisy families. The only space available was near the entrance and the dividing wall was louvred meaning that it was noisy here too due to people arriving at the lounge. Overall, not a very relaxing start to our holiday.”

“What happened to the view. Used to look over the apron and watch the activity. That's gone and now left with a boring view. Young kids running around when we were there. Good food and drink. Pleasant staff. Not sure it's worth the money anymore for me.”

“Nice enough but clinical and we were made to feel that we were having everything we ate and drank counted and watched. Other sites put the food out to eat and when here we had to order our food and then waited ages for a boiled egg and a sausage butty . Not too impressed over all as we did not feel comfortable in the lounge as we felt the staff seemed to be busy in watching how much we ate and drank but less interested in helping us get comfortable and be served.”

“It was helpful to a point but actual time spent in the lounge was limited by check in desk opening, getting through security and the need to leave for boarding flight - spent probably 40 mins in lounge - could have spent that time in one of the restaurants without it costing as much.”

“Terminal 3 was usually used by Air Canada and as such we decided to use your facilities. However, a week before we were due to fly to Canada on Air Canada, we found that we were flying from the newly refurbished Terminal 2, so we were unable to use your facilities. At least, you repaid me in full very swiftly, so although we didn't benefit, I am sure that your facilities are excellent, so I have rated you as NORMAL.”

“It is very good to be able to wait in the lounge and enjoy snacks and drink. The staff are very helpful but I do think the upholstery is in need of a good clean - it all looks very tired.”

“I THOUGHT THE FOOD CHOICE WAS LIMITED. TABLES WERE NOT CLEARED. TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE LOUNGE WAS BUSY IT DID NOT HAVE A SPECIAL OR LUXE FEEL ABOUT IT. THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL.”
