Seemed strange to have tour operator customers separated from busines customer. Although a busines customer who was allowed to help myself to drinks, tour operator customer were served. Is this control or service ? Not sure !

This was the first time I had used an executive lounge and although it was quiet and relaxing, we were disappointed at not being able to get a breakfast or bacon sandwich, or similar. The pre packaged food items were ok but our expectations were a hot meal/snack choice. The lounge had no tv on and the wifi wasn't working. If, as an individual you drink a lot of spirits then it is good value. I'm not saying I would never book again in the future, but we have had 2 more holidays since and not bothered with the lounge.

Used the lounge many times in the past and yes there are slight improvements but there are things i dont like i like the variety of food and variety of drinks what i dont like is when you are paying xtra to go to the lounge you are told which side to sit at and if you are going with your partner you sometimes dont want to be sitting with families with children i would rather sit where i want to sit i also now prefer to serve myself drinks or juice instead of a lady watching and measuring your chosen drink so i dont know if i would return to the lounge now

The lounge was fairly busy and seating for my family took time to find. The food and drinks were in plentiful supply and there was a great range to choose from. It was summertime and the air conditioning had broken down. Portable units supplied were noisy and not up to the job. It was uncomfortably warm in the lounge. Decor and furnishings had seen better days. However, were attentive cheerful and helpful.

OK for the price paid, quite busy and at times a bit untidy and low on supplies.

When we first arrived we were not shown to the Aspire + lounge but standard lounge & we were quite horrified as to the noise from children & adults from a delayed flight & the lack of seating. When once in the correct lounge we were satisfied, however I don't think the extra cost from the Cheviot lounge is worth it. Next trip away we will be using the Eagle Bar.

FIRST TIME USER HAVING PREVIOUSLY ONLY USED BUSINESS CLASS LOUNGES. ADEQUATE AND RESTFUL BEFORE A LONG FLIGHT BUT LOOKED A LITTLE TIRED IN PLACES. WOULD USE AGAIN TO AVOID CROWDS IN SIMILAR CIRCUMSTACES BUT NOT WORTH IT ON SHORT HAUL

wasn't to impressed as there was 6 adults in our 50's and we got put to the part were the windows were to high to see anything, apart from that it was good value for money thought there would have been more to choose from eating and drink wise

My honest review...I was very disappointed on how small the lounge area was.....I expected somewhere a bit more roomy....felt everyone were sitting in a livingroom....value for money yes thought it was o.k...but I would not book again

I liked the bar and seating area, but when I walked in myself and my friends were told to go through to the next room. It was full of kids and I felt as we were a group of 19 teen year olds, we were told to go through there where there was alot of noise. It felt like were being stereotyped as loud even though the first room was almost empty and the other was full.
