Not impressed at all. Staff shortage, food barely warm, not very comfortable. Booked Aspire south by mistake. Won’t do it again

Nice lounge with good selection of cold and warm food dishes. Disappointed that the bar wasn’t manned for the first hour or so I was in the lounge

Always an enjoyable experience in the lounge! I visit around 3 times a year and each time gets better! A relaxing space to chill before a flight with friendly staff and lots of snacks and drinks, all for a great price! What more could you want :)

The Executive lounge was great stop to rest and relax at the airport. Worth the money for the experience that it provides with showers, drinks, and food.

We usually go in the other lounges however Aspire lounge was clean quiet had plenty of things to eat but I think it’s a bit small and the chairs are very uncomfortable.

This is the worst airport lounge I have ever experienced. The layout was utterly impractical: narrow, with no space to move about and the food and drink in what passed for a corridor, so people queueing for food were dodging people trying to wheel past cases and vice verse. There was nowhere to sit, and yet still ‘walk ins’ were being accommodated. The food was disappointing and wasn’t replenished very quickly (so we just had what we could, not what we wanted). The bar staff specialised in ‘service with a scowl’. We had to go out of the lounge to use a toilet. For a brand new terminal, very disappointing and we won’t bother again.

I brought my wife into this lounge to start our honeymoon off, best decision I made. We were welcomed by a happy smiling blonde lady as we came in. She gave us a clear information for the room. The food was lovely and well stocked. The best part was the bar staff. She was brilliant. She never stopped between serving drinks, clearing tables and topping up the food area. She was a gem and was so engaging she made us feel very important.

Lovely lounge and setting but staff are rather lacking (ie stretched between two lounges) and food isn’t the best. Would return for the convenience

Extremely disappointed in ths. I paid for access to the lounge but denied access as they were unable to scan my bar code. It also took over an hour to get there. I've written to executive lounges requesting a refund but am yet to receive a reply. Generally a very poor experience!

The atmosphere was relaxed and quiet. The service from the friendly staff was professional. The range of breakfast items was very good {the sausages were lovely}

The customer service was very nice even though they seemed understaffed. However, it was overcrowded, loud, and disorganised. Not sure if it was worth the money - although I am glad I paid extra for the showers! We made a reservation about a week prior and was expecting it to not be as crowded with the assumption that only people with reservations would be able to use the lounge, but people were just coming in to the point where there wasn't anywhere to sit or actually relax. I'd say about 30% of people were sharing either a small table or a small sitting space with strangers AND their luggage. Very uncomfortable. Might as well sit at your gate but I was mainly in here to shower after a 14 hour flight.

We arrived having pre-booked out lounge access. We were lucky that it was not very busy. We got a nice table tucked away - it was very clean and tidy and each area of the Lounge was staffed (the reception desk, the food counter, bar and someone cleaning the tables). The service, food and atmosphere were excellent. The food on offer was really tasty and plentiful and drinks selection was also very, very good. My husband and I felt very spoilt and would definitely consider doing this again as it works out financially well if you are travelling over a meal time. By booking directly through Aspire Lounges we were entitled to stay within the lounge if our flight was delayed (which it was!). Thank you!

Its the first time we had used a lounge as we usually travel early morning and after reading some reviews I was apprehensive to say the least. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities. We made reservations directly though Swissport (as booking online showed no availability) and were greeted by a friendly face when we arrived. She said to take a seat at any of the tables - three of us sat at a bistro table - it wasn't massively spacious but we hadn't come for a sit down meal. We arrived around 10am and found a good selection of breakfast items there to sample; all food was fresh and hot, in fact they replenished whilst we were there with more fresh, hot food. One of our party tried the pancakes and went back for more they were so nice. The other two had bacon/sausage sandwiches which were very nice). The hot drinks were freely available through a machine (lattes are good!) and the bar was well stocked - all brand named spirits and tap beer. Prosecco/champagne was an extra charge but I had read that online so was prepared to drink gin instead. Our plane was due to leave at 12.30pm so we left around 11.30am and lunch was being brought out - all of which looked great! The environment was nice and relaxed, and more importantly away from the hustle and bustle of the departure lounge. We would book again if not just for the space, never mind the food and drink.
