“Overall a very good experience, with pleasant staff. Just slightly let down by a lack of staff on occasion and several glasses and plates not being cleared away.”

“Not the luxurious environment it claims to be. Tables very close together, as a consequence its noisy too. If booze is your reason to go then probably reasonably le value but food offering very average. It sure I'll bother again.”

“Lounge facilities ie room and drinks were very good staff were friendly and efficient. However, the hot food on offer was dry and tasteless mushroom pasta. Also there were no cakes or sweet confectionery left when we asked and the service closed before our flight left Newcastle airport. We felt we were only given the left overs if available. We were a party of 4 travelling to Berlin for my daughters 40 birthday and it was our treat to go into the executive lounge. It could have been better.”

“First time I have used the executive lounge to be honest ; less than impressed. Surprisingly poor choice of food - mushroom pasta or nothing, uncomfortable seats and slow service - will not be back.”

“Have used the lounge a few times before and enjoyed it but the last time I found it was not as good. The food was not very nice and very slow at getting it replenished. Would have to think seriously about using it again.”

“The only think I was disappointed with was the hot food, two out of the three options were pasta dishes, unfortunately they had both dried up due to being left under the headlamps without any cover on them for sometime. Besides that everything else including staff were excellent.”

“Very disappointing and not worth the money. When we arrived there was no where to sit and we had to share a table. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the alcohol was limited to the basic spirits, beer and wine. For the price I do not believe it was worth it.”
