“The customer service was polite and helpful.i have to say I was very disappointed with the slates . They were VERY ROUGH like they had coarse sand.I had excellent painters who had to sand them down twice , re prime and then painted. They are still not smooth BUT much better than before. I have to say , I’m very pleased with the outcome and they really are beautiful shutters and high quality. I love that the hardware is not visible . They look great!”

“We ordered a special size shutter, it was shipped in the time frame we were given and delivered, we are so happy with the quality and the look of the shutter, plus all the hardware(screws), and instructions were included. Thank you Exterior Solutions, we couldn't find the size for this project anywhere and we are extremely happy we found you!”

“The shutters I received were very badly constructed. The raised panels were shoddy and seemed thrown together. The corner 45s were open and would need putty to fill them which would necessitate painting them which would require a lot more work. To add insult to injury, I had to pay $100 to return these poorly made shutters. I would NEVER recommend anyone buy from Exterior Solutions. Very bad experience.”
