Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Unfortunately, I needed to return the glasses and customer service is extremely poor. I have been requesting a return label for three days with no response and I cannot initiate a return online since EZContacts hasn't updated the order status.

I ordered two boxes of contacts with 1 business day shipping. One box came on time the other box took 5 days to come. I called in for a partial refund on shipping because it came extremely late. The person overseas transferred me into a que where noone answered. I’m still waiting on the partial refund.

Price was good. Was disapointed in shipping. I paid for expidited shipping and glasses were not even shipped for 5 days. I paid the extra for shipping to ensure receiving before leaving on vacation, which didn't happen. Brian Bieller

Contacts back ordered but not stated on website when ordering. Charged twice for shipping when back ordered item finally arrived 2 weeks later.

The contacts came quick but they aren’t great. I think I’ll stick with PinkyParadise from now on.

Took about a month to receive my glasses when it was advertised and was told weekly that it would be sent within 3-4 business days.

Have ordered in the past and the experiences are inconsistent. Sometimes orders are shipped quickly and others take quite a bit of time. This makes planning tough as you can't count on delivery unless you order very far in advance. In this recent example order was 2/12 and didn't ship for 10 days after with delivery over 2 weeks from order. Recommendation is to update systems to account for stock you don't have as puts customers in a tough spot when contacts needed.

My exchange experience was horrible. I had to email back and forth for over 2 weeks trying to exchange glasses and find out the amount my credit card would be charged for the restocking fee and get the new pair. Never could get this.

I have tried to order 3 different frames and each one I have had an issue with. The first frame said in stock and I got an email 4 days later saying it is no longer available through the manufacturer. The 2nd pair I ordered was a Kate Spade Joliet in the color black and I received it and it was a totally different frame. The 3rd pair was the correct pair but unfortunately they did not fit. The most frustrating part of this order is that I paid 30.00 for 1 day delivery and none of them came the next day. The 3rd pair I ordered took almost a week to get to me and I never got refunded the 1 day shipping. All these frames were advertised “availability for tomorrow” just choose the option at check out so I did and paid 30.00 and none came the next day. So today at 3pm I did give this company one more chance with a 4th frame that again said “availability for tomorrow” and as of 10:28pm it still says processing which means I will not get it in 1 business day as advertised and as I paid for. Very very disappointed. I ordered the Kate Spade Joliet frame from a different company and paid for next day delivery and I did receive the frame the next day and it was the correct frame. If this pair today does not ship out tomorrow I will cancel and get this frame from the company that does deliver as advertised

What I ordered was not what was sent. Different style, clear lens instead of gray, no Oakley bag. Received return label. Returned to EZContacts on Sat, 2/19/22. Presently awaiting my $87.04 refund in full. Big waste of time.

The contacts ripped after one wearing. I am unable to reach anyone by phone this is poor customer service.

When I ordered my contacts online they asked for my prescription. I sent 3.25 left and 1.75 right. When I got the contacts they’re were -3.25 and -2.75. Had to return.

I waited over a month for my order to ship. Tried reaching out several times. Took me threatening to cancel order to hear back. Also blue light glasses are VERY blue

I bought MCM sunglasses and it took over a month to receive it. My credit card was charged but didn’t get to enjoy the sunglasses after a month. When I called the customer service, I was told the item is not in stock. They are waiting for it to receive and then mail it to me. Why would they sell something they don’t have?

Waited a long time for the glasses. I understand how these things can go -but when they did finally arrive one of the nose pads was off and the tiny little sliver of a screw was loose in the case. Luckily I was able to screw it in with an incredibly small screw driver. For $500.00 bucks I expect that I should have to put my glasses together.

I received my order on time but when I opened the package I noticed a rhinestone missing from one of the glasses arms. I wrote them to let them know and I haven’t heard anything back in over a week when it says they will respond in 24 hours
