Ordered glasses on 12/31. Received mid Jan and emailed support 1/17: "These glasses arrived and the right eye lens is not accurate. Some portions of the lens work correctly and some are very blurry. I believe it is a bad lens and needs to be replaced" Followed up on 1/19 due to no response. Received a response on 1/19 and received a shipping label to send back and have repaired. The return label was so slow it didn't get back to them until the 26th. When I reached out for updates or confirmation of receipt, their returns dept. has a processing lag. Finally got the updated and functioning glasses in the mail on 2/12. They were courteous and did update the PD on the second round but I was really bummed about the shipping and processing lags as it took 44 days from start to finish.

1. Item was specified as in stock and it was not 2. lenses were made incorrectly. The prism prescription reversed 3. Could not reach you by phone -- as you decline phone calls 4. Not clear on refund page -- how to send you glasses back to have corrected lenses to be put in

Lenses were very light color, not a dark color like regular sunglasses.

I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses. The first came quickly and are perfect. I had an easy time communicating with customer service and found them very helpful. The second pair came after about 6 weeks. This was ok. However, the prescription is wrong and I can’t see out of them. I was on hold 55 minutes after which somehow I got disconnected. I messaged them twice through the return service requesting a response through the phone with no response in a week’s time. I have messaged through their chat and have received no email response as requested after 4 days. I am afraid my return time will run out. I don’t want to return. I want the glasses remade. Can I accomplish this????

I can not honestly say anything other than it takes longer to get your contacts when you order. Not sure. If it's whom they use for delivery. But it sucks. I suggest ordering 3months before you need your actual contacts.

I am very disappointed with ordering glasses, the glasses came late and all of the pairs do not have the correct prescription. I tried calling your office and your office closes at 5:00 pm. So, I need to send these back and have the proper prescription.

The quality of product its self is great. Customer service however sucked a**. All I wanted to know was when my contacts would arrive. Put on hold 3 times, only to be hung up on after 45 minutes on one occasion and over 25 minutes the other 2. There's no such thing chat.....it automatically takes you to an email that does not get responded to in the next few hours...its the next few days. Price was great but after paying myself to be on hold for 95 minutes , well let's just say the initial savings went out the window. Sorry EZ Contacts but the whole experience was rather disappointing.

I have tried several times to call you, but have been unable to get through to returns. My contact lens that were sent to me are the wrong prescription.

GETTING MY FRAME WAS EASY - BUT !!! - TRYING TO RETURN IT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT A GOOD FIT WAS, SO FAR, IMPOSSIBLE !! THEIR WEBSITE WAS UNABLE TO PRINT ME A RETURN LABEL. I EMAILED THEM.................STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE........................

This company has no problem taking your money immediately before even producing order and then they leave you hanging with promises of order in process. Do not take my money before you are ready to ship my glasses. As far as i knew the frames were in stock. I received no updates on order after my order confirmation. I sent several emails before i got a response. Same exact response 2 weeks in a row. Don’t take my money if you can’t commit to your turnaround time. Very unethical.

I have placed two orders and have yet to receive one. We were at our home in Montana, paid the extra money to have them delivered before we headed back to California. They never arrived. I am waiting for notification they arrived in Montana. They were supposed to arrive by January 15th at the latest. We had to leave on the 18th and no sign of them. Very disappointed as this was our first time trying EZContacts. I had to reorder to have them sent to our home in California. Waiting to see if they arrive within the promised timeframe. I paid extra again to get them faster. Our daughter needs them. Hoping for a better outcome.

EZ contacts promised my glasses would ship in 3-5 days, but it took over 10days to ship. I emailed them multiple times but was consistent told to wait 2-4 more days. I tried the chat but it was offline; I tried the phone and they said send email instead. I eventually went to my local Costco to get glasses; and the tried to cancel my order. Although my items had not been shipped I was told I can’t cancel the order but I could return the glasses at my own expense and potentially be hit with fees if there were any damages or missing items. I ended up asking my CC to reverse the charges as my item had. It been shipped and vendor refuse to cancel after waiting 10 business days. When the glasses finally arrived I had to refuse them so USPS would return them without charging me again. Although they finally did deliver the glasses, and had they told me it was 10-15 days I would have been fine but I didn’t feel confident my glasses would ever ship and I simply needed to buy something local. I hope you have a better experience than me.
