I paid $6.99 to get expedited shipping and have the lenses here within 3-5 days. The lenses took over a week to come. I was told I will be refunded the shipping but never did.

Ordered 6 months of contacts and they were all expired! The shipping was fast though!

Great prices, I bought a pair of sunglasses, but after my first order, they bombard me with emails every day mostly for contacts, it's brutal as I do not wear contacts...they should ask of you want to receive the mails....

Processing and Shipping was lengthy. I inquired twice about status with zero response, and only when I asked to cancel my order since it was a Christmas present and was taking too long to ship, did I get a response that it was “already shipped and couldn’t be canceled”. Still took a week to receive after that. I understand it’s the holidays, but the 2-star review reflects the poor response and customer service I encountered. I will not order from this company again in the future for that reason.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication from the vendor. I sent several messages with no response asking for an update. Called once, was provided a date, That day went and passed. I sent a message asking to cancel the order after over two weeks of waiting. My product shipped two days later and I was sent a message stating g I couldn’t cancel the order because it had shipped. Happy with the product, I could have bought the product at several other places and next time I need to order prescription sunglasses, I’ll order them somewhere else.

The ordering process was easy, but I paid extra for faster shipping and my order still arrived late. I realize there are some delays right now, but there was no communication from EZContacts. I won’t order from them again.

I ordered my contacts through EZContacts and my order wasn’t shipped until 2weeks later. And I received my contacts another week later. So it took three weeks in total to actually receive my order. I’m very disappointed because I had to call and email them multiple times to know that they were out of stock. At the end I had to pay extra $20 shipping to get it shipped internationally because I wasn’t able to receive them in time. Next time you order, make sure you order weeks ahead!!

I ordered glasses and for weeks it didn't update with any info on when the product would be made and shipped. I sent customer service messages and had to finally ask if the company was a scam before someone got back to me. Finished product was good, but lack of communication and the timeline was ridiculous. Would not order glasses here again.

We ordered my glasses on November 20 but did not receive them until December 11. The 3-5 business day processing was more than twice that before it shipped. When we contacted customer service we always got the same reply ..."it will be 3-5 business days for processing.... we're customizing your frames". When we FINALLY got the glasses, they were great. Which is the only reason I didn't give this rating a lower score.

If you don't have it in stock, don't show it as in stock on your web page. I had to wait over 9 days before you shipped the item. The only reason For should a delay was that you didn't have it in stock as your web page stated. I'll look somewhere else next time

My order were for the Shooter style with presentation, the style sent was entirely different from the Shooter style. Must return and hope there are no more problems

i receive only two of the 4 glasses i ordered. stillwaiting on the others. plus the frames went on sale less than 5 hours after i bought them & i was told I couldn't get the difference back. I am more upset that I haveb't received the other two.

The reason for the 2 star is that I have yet to receive my glasses. When I ordered it, it was cited as ship same day- but wasn’t and I didn’t add a Rx to the lenses. Instead it was shipped 3 days later via DHL to USPS and the last notice I received was that sipping was delayed in transit. I haven’t had an update in 5 days. I understand with all going on about shipping delays but for it being delivered from Brooklyn NY to California and it’s now going on 14 days with still no updates is ridiculous

3 of the 8 boxes of contact lenses that I received in the shipment were open. I have reached out to their support but they have not responded. Also, it's not possible to reach them on phone to talk about the order. Not sure I'd use them again.

Was sent regular dailies, not microfocals. Opened two of the boxes to place in my contact jars. Realized then that they were not the right contact. Put them back in box, mailed back for $21.00. EZ only refunded me for half of the $$$$$ I had spent and said I had used some of the contacts in the open boxes. Finally, they agreed to send me two new boxes to replace the wrote contact. They would not give me my money back. Last time shopping with EZ
