You advertise free shipping but you have to change the shipping and it does not tell you that! I think this is a ripoff; most places have the longest shipping in the order and you don't change unless you want it sooner; and suddenly you have to change it here to get it free. Not sure after years of using this company that I will continue.

The box for my Gucci eyeglasses was destroyed. The package was visibly damaged. Leaving me without a proper box for my expensive prescription eyeglasses

No problem with ordering the contacts, but I paid $35 for one day shipping, and it took two days. I have emailed them twice asking about being reimbursed for the shipping, but haven't received a response. Looks like customer service is non-existent.

I ordered a product that is supposed to “clip-on” to my current pair of glasses. Same model of glasses, same size frames but nothing clips on. Not sure what this product is for if it doesn’t clip on. I haven’t hear back from EZ Contacts to provide assistance. We will see if they support or provide a money back return.

Ordering was easy, website is pretty user-friendly. But "processing" took a ridiculous amount of time - not a few days, but OVER A MONTH. After about a week I started asking for updates... it typically took a day or two to hear back, and the response was usually "your order will ship in 1-3 days." But it was more like 1-3 weeks. I was told they'd upgrade my order to expedited shipping, but I don't think they did... because even after my order shipped, it took a week to arrive. Ridiculous, will definitely shop elsewhere next time.

I am not happy w this product.. I’ve ordered fresh look before, and I loved them.. i’m not sure if it’s just the one day wear ..but these contacts hurt my eyes after wearing them an hour. Also paper thin one ripped in half in my eye.

I ordered contacts from them for the first time and they were scheduled to arrive on October 25. I received a message that day that my shipment had been delayed. It also showed it was in Kansas City, Kansas on the 24. I have never received another email or any communication from them. I need and would like to know where my contacts are.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses that showed immediate shipping at the time of order only to discover that the sunglasses would 4-6 weeks?? As of today, I have yet to receive these sunglasses. Blame it on Covid or inaccurate Website data? 2 stars for answering my email within 48hrs.

My frames are twisted they will not hold adjustment I've tried calling 3 times in the last 2 days I recieved my glasses on Friday Saturday went to my eye Doctor to have them adjusted nothing she tried worked now I'm wearing crooked bifocals

Slow shipping. The color of the frames online are different than in real life. The glasses also look different than I expected because the only view of them was from a side/corner angle. From a front angle, they look different. A little disappointed, but I waited so long ti receive them. I lost my previous pair, and get headaches if I don’t wear sunglasses while driving. This was my second time ordering from this site. Not sure I’ll order from them again.

I was displeased with the product I relieved. The glasses where damaged. Do not like that I had to pay for shipping back to them. Good returning method and pretty quick.

When my contacts were ordered EZContacts website was advertising free shipping on all orders. I ordered only to find out this was not true. I emailed the company to get the free shipping they advertised only to be told that my purchase was a special order. Nothing in the free shipping advertising had conditions that had to be met to receive the free shipping. So not very truthful.

Beware of on line "sizing" tool.... If its wrong its going to cost you $6.95 out of your purchase refund to ship them back via EZ's return procedure........

To start off with, I have been a customer EZ contacts for about 3 years and my past experiences have been great, but this last order will probably be the last one. I ordered 2 boxes of contacts and a pair of glasses and was not satisfied by quality. I have ordered contacts from EZ contacts in the past and had no issues, this time however, the first pair of contacts I tried, came with fuzzies in the solution and I discard the contact right away. The other two I opened appeared normal so I didn't bother with the return because they charge a $6.99 return fee and I had already paid $6.99 to ship them to me, so the $14 total in shipping would be near the cost of the contacts. The glasses: they are okay for the price I guess. They are horrible when it comes to filtering light. It seems to magnify light so it looks like I am seeing tons of light spots in my vision. I would be hesitant to order from them in the future.

Since my glasses have not been received, it is hard to review. Seems DHL was used for shipping who then uses the USPS. They have been touring the states for the last week and appear to have returned to NJ. They were in Ohio, for some reason and did hit NY on the way back so thought they were ok, but then went to NJ. Maybe you need to evaluate your shipping methods if this is normal. Thanks

They took about a week to ship my order when the site said 2-3 day availability. Only after I messaged them asking where my order was did they finally ship it. Product is as described but not happy with the experience.
