Ordered two pairs of prescription glasses. Both were in stock when I placed the orders. One showed up as expected and the other still hasn't shipped 21 days later.

Ordered 2 frames. Charged for both frames but only received 1 frame. When I look at the website, the second frame has been discontinued and not in stock. You would think they would credit my account for the frame not delivered. I have sent 2 emails with no response. Only recourse at this time is to work with credit card company to challenge the cost of the second frame not delivered.

Shipping was 2 weeks late. Glasses were very I’ll fitting. Need to take to ocular store to bend into shape.

The glasses showed up , frames were completely bent , to the point where I couldn’t even come close to wearing them !

I have been ordering from ez contacts for years and always heard that the quality of the contacts was questionable, but never thought much of it until my last order and must say that I am very disappointed. I ordered 3 boxes in October and it's been 5 weeks and I have already used 2 boxes because of torn and damaged lenses. I am not happy.

Original and good products but they came crooked dirty, took so long to arrive and I needed pay the shipping for return

I came back to EZContacts because it has some of the better prices for contacts, but I found out the same day after I made my last purchase that EZContacts was having a free shipping promotion of the contacts that I purchased, but they didn't apply it to my purchase for some reason. The free shipping promotion was plastered all over the homepage, but I entered through a different page and link. Why they charged me $6.99 instead of applying the promotion, I don't know. I relooked at the site entering through the homepage, and sure enough, the free shipping was automatically applied in that case. It's frustrating when these online businesses play these games to nickel and dime people thinking that they won't find out, but all it does is create a negative feeling about the business that people will remember instead of building loyalty and positive word of mouth. I know that I don't fell good about EZContacts, and I will certainly tell people about this experience and warn them to use another site or at least be cautious and make sure that they've explored all ways of entering the site to guarantee that they get the best deal. Do you think people will want to shop at EZContact if they have to jump through these hoops and be weary about their purchase and the prices/promotions that they may or may not be getting?

The color turquoise is nice but the last couple times i ordered these there were a couple contacts that were damaged and unwearable. Based on the fact that these aren't cheap contacts I don't think I'll be ordering again.

Using the USPS for delivery is a liability for you. My contacts have been in Des Moines for 5 days and your customer service can only tell me to wait longer.

Ordered 8/7/21 with a 1 to 2 week delivery. Just received the glass. Took 13 weeks to come. Emailed to cancel the order. Order still came. I need to check my credit card to see if they refunded me. If not, I’ll have to go through the hassle of returning. Missed my entire sons fall baseball season. Glasses look great! EZContacts, terrible first experience!

You need to have the product to sell it. I was advised 5-7biz days to receive product and it was nowhere near that. I got the product eventually but this company doesn’t have stock on hand it seems.

I ordered a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses since 7/16 and just got them early November. Never received any communication about the delay. I called twice to find out why I haven’t received it and then they told me it was on back order. I have always had great service with them but this time was a little disappointment.

I recieved the frame but I have no way of removing the pin to replace lens nothing was provided so I can't do anything with it

I’m not going to answer or write any more reviews because you guys don’t correct situation anyway so it’s a waste of my time however the glasses frames in the picture are nice but they still don’t fit on my face right I don’t know what your problem is but I’ve never had this problem with any other online eyeglass company so there you have it

This company is very difficult. Just know you're in for a headache when you order. I ordered from them, never received the sunglasses, so cancelled the order. I again tried to order the same sunglasses 6 months later when the site showed the glasses "availability in 4-5 days". It took 5 weeks to get them and multiple emails and follow up. Now that I've received the sunglasses, the lenses are not good quality (YSL should be decent) and are distorted.

I order glasses on 10/6/2021 and did not receive them until 11/1 with very little communication about delays, expectations were not adequately set with the timeline that was provided at time of ordering. I like the glasses but I highly doubt I’d order from EZContacts again. For reference I ordered glasses from Zenni and Warby Parker on the same day and received both pair in about 10 days

My order has been stuck in Melrose, IN fir the last 4 days with no movement towards delivery! As I’m sure my credit card has already been chaeged, I would appreciate my product. NOT VERY HAPPY AT THIS POINT IN TIME!!!!!!!!

Product was fine, update on order status was longer than anticipated. I had to inquire on the update rather than them automatically providing it.
