Im ok with longer lead times due to parts availability, I live it for a living over the last couple years. Accepting an order without specifying longer lead time was a bit rough

This is my 2nd time purchasing from EZContacts and I received my new sunglasses within a week of ordering. I would have given them a 5-star rating, however, it is stated on their website that they will price match and beat their competitors on the same item but need to contact them after you place your order. I emailed them since there is another big-name website that has a lower price for the same item, but no one ever got back to me on this to match the pricing. I will likely shop elsewhere next time because of the lack of response from them.

The website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. I was disappointed with the length of time it took to get the frames. I kept tracking the order and noticed that it was sitting in the processing stage for a long time. I tried to call regarding my order, but they weren't open on the day I called. I chose to submit my concerns online and suggested they get back to me about my order or I was going to cancel my order. Miraculously, I received an email the next day stating that my order was on its way. I will not be ordering from ezcontacts again.

There are only 2 per box !!! They are more expensive than a box of 6 . They took almost 3 weeks to get here. This will be my last purchase.

My contacts are right now three days late being delivered so I cannot have an opinion about them, but I wish you would not use DHL as a carrier.

I have placed 2 orders either you equally 6 pair and on of each air ripped in two day I need to place another order but I need compensation of some kind on this order drastic

Ordered two pairs of glasses on Nov1. Both showed in stock. I finally reached out to them mid December after no communication. One pair turned out to be back ordered and other said they were finally get processed. Received one item jan3. Frames had scratches and what looked like wear on them. Started the return process and probably won’t be a return customer.

The frames are great, the prescription lenses not so much. I checked prescription numbers and they are correct however the progressive focus is not good. Closeup reading Magnification is nonexistent. I would like to return for replacement.

Where is my stuff? I ordered 3 frames and 1 was shipped on time, another two weeks later, and the 3rd still has not shipped yet? Promise times are not aligning with ship times with no explaination.

The customer service rep replied promptly however, I waited two months for a pair of sunglasses to finally arrive (keep in mind I ordered a set similar from Rayban that showed up within a week). Once they arrived this week, the glasses had a glue or residue near the lense. My gut tells me that this was a rejected pair from Ray Ban which is why it took so long and had a discounted price. I will not purchase from EZContacts again. Do yourself a favor and order directly from RayBan

Placed an order on 12/19 for 3 pairs of glasses I paid 34.99 extra for faster shipping. I have only received 1 pair on Christmas eve. I received one several days after Christmas. Still nothing on the 3rd pair.

It took 5 days for my order to SHIP, and it shipped right after I emailed support. This is not acceptable if the item is in stock. I asked if this was normal and the customer service representative did not provide an answer. (He simply did not answer.) I can order all manner of nonsense and have it shipped within a day or two, I think it's pretty ridiculous that my PRESCRIPTION doesn't ship sooner. I don't know if this is standard so I probably won't use them again.

The product was as expected, but it took about three week to get the product pulled, shipped and to me. They didn’t disclose that up front. The site advertised they would be shiped quickly.

I have finally received the remainder of my contact order from EZContacts. There was confusion in the return department. Instead of sending me the correct contacts they reimbursed me and then I had to reorder the correct contacts. I was going out of town and was short of my needed contacts. However, I have finally received my proper contacts. I have never ordered with you guys before, so I wasn’t very happy. Thank you, Joyce Overton

My order was placed before I knew I had finished. Need to exchange as we entered the incorrect prescription. Have not been able to get that yet.
