Great prices but everything else not so good. Shipping takes over almost but mostly over a month, all my eyewear came damaged.

Right glasses just a little smaller than suppose to. While wiping makes nose. When I look further can’t focus like previous glasses. I got just frame with other purchase, was thinking to replace my previous glasses but now I have concerns….

Ordered prescription sunglasses Feb 5, EZContacts claimed 5-7 days turn around. Nope, I gave them a few weeks to make and ship them. After a few weeks I emailed and got what appeared to be a scripted response claiming the glasses would be shipping within a few days. Again, I gave them the time they claimed and I didn’t receive any update. At this point it’s been a month since I ordered. It was time to call and find out what is happening. I spoke with a service representative and they told me the sunglasses were back ordered and they just received them and they’d be shipping soon. I once again gave them the time to do their thing and ship. After a few more days nothing. I called again and spoke with a service representative and was told the glasses had just been sent to shipping. I was “transferred” to shipping, well I wasn’t I was transferred to elevated service. Elevated service representative told me there was an issue making the glasses and were being fixed and in the process of getting the anti glare coating and being inspected and would be shipping in 3 days. I told the representative if there wasn’t any movement within 3 days I would cancel the order. Good news they shipped and I received them on Mach 15. The bad news is the anti glare was messed up and the glasses had imperfections in the lenses. I was able to send back and have them redone. 3 weeks later… I sent another message asking status and they responded that’s hey shipped. Good news, the glasses were correct this time after 2 months and a week. Unfortunately this company will run you in circles to buy time to make and ship the order. If you want prescription glasses from them you’ll need extreme patience to get what you ordered.

I wish the customers service was more helpful, I wrote an inquiry about the glasses I received that I needed to push them in and up to get a better vision a week ago and had no response Wouldn’t do business with Ezcontacts again

I usually would not give a review but I have tried contacting EZcontacts since Monday and they have a automated person saying high calls And cannot take my call . I have e mailed several times and I am not getting any response. Of course when I placed my order and did a e asking how to submit my prescription I received a e mail right away.

I ordered Progent on March 2nd and did not receive it until about a month later. No email saying that there was an issue. No phone call, text or email indicating that it was out of stock. Terrible customer service! Going forward I intend to purchase from another provider.

Contacts are fine, delivery time was fine. The problem is after I ordered I realized I got a three month supply for what I would usually get for 9 months. It’s my fault overall for not realizing I didn’t order the same amount of contacts. The price probably threw me off. I didn’t realize the cost had gone up so much in such a short time. I’ll start looking other places for lower prices. Thanks for reading or not reading.

The frames I ordered were amazing this would have been a 5 star review if my order would not have come 3 months later than the date I ordered them. I understand shipping times are longer than expected but I received zero communication from EZ about the delay. When I called to inquire they gave me the run around. If you are in need of glasses immediately go somewhere else, otherwise be prepared to wait.

I've been ordering from yall for many many years now and its takes forever to get my order or part of it. Your site says available in 2-3 days and after a month im still waiting for my order

I thought the quality of the product was good , but they are difficult to get in touch with. Sometimes it nice to speak to a person. Forget it, no luck , even though they do have a contact phone number.

I saw that my order was for more boxes than I wanted to order. I immediately emailed you guys and let you know that. I was still charged for the boxes I didn’t want.

I ordered my contacts on 2/1/22 and did not receive my order until 3/18/22. I made several attempts to contact the company by phone or email. I did finally receive a response but only after my order was delivered. I ended up ordering contacts from another company because of the delay.

If you decide to take a chance and use this site BE SURE everything is correct because if you need to speak with customer service that will never happen. I tried calling customer service I waited 30 minutes then was given an option to get a call back. Once I hung up the callback came through 30 min later. I said hello assuming a rep is on the line, but oh no I stuck waiting for another 30min. I chose the option for another call back. 30 seconds(not joking) they called back but guess what? I was sent to wait again. I was at work so I had to hangup. I waited over the weekend to callback right when they opened and I put on hold for over 30 minutes AGAIN! The same song and dance so I tried the email option and thankfully received a response hours later, and was able to get a refund. When I tell you I was making peace with losing my money dealing with Ezcontacts. I can't trust this company. It will be my first and last time with EZcontacts

The price was great, but delivery was very slow and the actual product not terribly impressive. it also was smaller than expected and the actual shape of the eyepieces looked different from the photo. I plan to just give them away to someone.

The glasses were shipped in a timely manner . Unfortunately they still have not made it to my house . No sense sending out a review until they know we have received the product . I have no idea how the glasses fit or if I can even see out of them . So far disappointed in the amount of time , they have been MIA . I was suppose to have them by last Friday .
