I paid $20 for 2 day shipping but my product came about a week later . I wanted them for an occasion but they didn’t even show up until Friday even though I order Sunday expecting it to come no later than Wednesday for an event but it came Friday! They never refunded my shipping cost. They have horrible customer service because I’ve been trying nonstop to contact them through phone, chats, & email. They clearly don’t value their customers and supporters. Every time I call I can’t get through to them! They have never responded to me either.

I have been most disappointed in my ability to communicate with this company in a timely manner. When you call, you are told to use chat or email. You can't "chat." Then when I send emails, initially, it would be more than a day before I received an answer. If they had been upfront and told me that they didn't have the frames I wanted in stock, I could have made a choice, as to whether to wait till they got the frames in, or to go someplace else. But I was never told that upfront. I did finally get both pairs of frames but it took about 10 days longer than I was expecting.

I ordered a year's supply of contacts. 2 boxes of one power and 2 of another. I use monovision contacts. All was good until they arrived. 3 boxes were correct but the other was incorrect. Unfortunately, I opened the incorrect box not knowing it was incorrect and now it looks like I'm stuck with them. I have tried to contact CS but the system says every time that "due to the high volume of calls, we are unable to take your call now. Please try again later". I've tried about 6 times. And their return policy is that the box must not be open and no contacts used. Lesson learned and I will buy from Costco from now on. David

Fast shipping. Website says orders ship for free. I ordered two times the first time I got free shipping. The second I did not . Asked why. Was told free shipping didn't apply when discounts were used. What? I paid the same for all boxes of lenses there was no difference. Told them that. They then said free ship on first order was because I was a return customer. What? I've never used them before. False advertising.

I have ordered at least 5 pair of sunglasses over the past year and a half. Your updating about shipping is very poor. When an item is not going to ship in a timely matter I would like to be notified. I have an order now Order Number: #2602234. In which I still haven't received a pair of the glasses and no update

Terrible they didn’t put my prism in my glasses and every time u try to call customer service no one ever answer’s NEVER AGAIN!

I love EZCONTACTS selection of frames. Unfortunately this time when ordering my order took a whole entire month to arrive, with no explanation for the reason. Good thing i had a backup pair. I will order again hopefully.

No one marked the contact boxes to show which one was for right eye or left eye. How is anyone supposed to know especially a 19yr old. Now I have to go look it up.

I ordered my Nike Progressive glasses on April 19, 2022, and as of today June 8th, 2022 I have not received them. I was told 10-14 days. After 14 days and no contact, I contacted customer service and was told it could be an additional 7-10 days. I asked to be updated but never was until I contacted customer service again. It showed "shipped" status finally on June 1st but I still have not received them.

Ordered on April 20, PAID for priority shipping and they waited all the way till June 1st to ship. Order number 2530890. Emailed them twice over the course of 45 days but no response. L service...

Everything was just okay until I got to the shipping options. Wasn’t allowed to enter coupon codes, also No free shipping option; paid like $8 for DHL —> USPS. btw, USPS shipping sucks, which took an additional 7 Days for the package to arrive and I received no updates on tracking via any “tracking services”. - I will NOT be buying from EZClntacts again simply because of the extremely slow shipping and lack of transparent tracking.. USPS is the worst donesnt EZContacts know that????

I was quoted a price for contacts which was originally less expensive than my own eye doctor. Which is what easy contacts is supposed to be about. When they took a closer look at my prescription they told me that the prescription was for a quote multi focals and they should change it I said yes… They charged me an extra $85 and my contacts were more money than if I had to order them through my own eye doctor MD. Won't use them again In addition when I try to call them. They don't pick up the phones on a regular basis they say please call back another time! Very poor customer service

I like the prom service but I did not like the way my question was answered it was dismissive when all I asked for was gold screws for my coz that I purchased that were over $400 to imply that I wanted them repaired or returned was not the way the customer service was supposed to be I was hoping to be directed in a way to where I can purchase screws for my glasses and I've spent plenty of money with their company for them to give me a decent answer it was almost as if sorry we don't do that exclamation exclamation as if the person was happy I was not OK with that

Very hard to contact Ez contacts. “Unable to accept your call” was the message. I will not be ordering from them again. I believe it was their error, since my prescription clearly stated MF, multifocal.
