I found these sun glasses by Costa on your websight, ordered them this morning, and they are already shipping a few house later!!! Amazing!!! Can not wait to receive them! Thank you for being so prompt!!!

No easy way to cancel or change shipping address once order is placed. Customer service via email is slow and via phone has a very long wait time. I’m still waiting for my call-back.

Very disappointing that it took 2 weeks for my order to ship. Also, when I tried to call, you never answer the phone. I stayed on hold for as long as 30 minutes before hanging up.

It didn't show out of stock on website so when i order them it took about a month to ship out.I Contact support they said i will get expedited shipping for free. The estimated arrive date is 3 days.

I ordered my glasses on 3.29 and it's 5.1.25 and still no glasses. Per site 7-10 business days for receipt. Communication is horrible. No one was willing to push my order through or follow up to ensure shipment. First and last time. These are prescription glasses order. Do not use if your order is urgent.

No customer service, notification of shipping weeks after initial order. Still no indication that it’s actually on the way. Would not recommend.

I had to pay an extra $10 to get my contacts by 04/29/25. My estimated delivery is not 05/03/25. I want my $10 back for expedited delivery.

Tried to cancel my order and was ignored for weeks. Bought new sunglasses somewhere else because it was taking way too long. Now of course I get an email saying the ordered shipped today. Very frustrating. Will be returning them.

2 stars. I gave a 2 star review due to the fact it took me almost 4 months to receive my order. I  placed my order on January 28th, and will receive my order tomorrow May 1st. I did receive an email stating it was back ordered and to expect between February and Early March. Those dates came and went. They then took the amount due $347.00 off my card on April 18th, and finally shipped on April 28th. I just hope I like the glasses, and how they look on my face after all this time.
