Positive are selection and price. Negatives are 20 days to deliver and no response to my inquiry, 10’ish days in, concerning the status of my order.

My product was never shipped from them which was very odd. There was no movement with the product when I looked at the tracking info given to me. I reached out numerous times regarding it and it took 17 days for them to respond with … “I looked into your order to see why it is taking an unusually long time. It seems that the product you ordered is currently being restocked by our manufacturer and we are still waiting to receive it. The current availability estimate is within the next 2-3 weeks.” They were really quick to charge my card but didn’t even have the product in stock. Very disappointing.

No easy way to cancel or change shipping address once order is placed. Customer service via email is slow and via phone has a very long wait time. I’m still waiting for my call-back.

Very disappointing that it took 2 weeks for my order to ship. Also, when I tried to call, you never answer the phone. I stayed on hold for as long as 30 minutes before hanging up.

It didn't show out of stock on website so when i order them it took about a month to ship out.I Contact support they said i will get expedited shipping for free. The estimated arrive date is 3 days.

I ordered my glasses on 3.29 and it's 5.1.25 and still no glasses. Per site 7-10 business days for receipt. Communication is horrible. No one was willing to push my order through or follow up to ensure shipment. First and last time. These are prescription glasses order. Do not use if your order is urgent.

I had to pay an extra $10 to get my contacts by 04/29/25. My estimated delivery is not 05/03/25. I want my $10 back for expedited delivery.
