I purchased two pairs of glasses for my son, the first pair took about a month to arrive, and despite taking longer than expected, they were constructed well and fairly priced. Had that been all, I would have likely rated 3-4 stars, and maybe would have tried them again. However, as noted I purchased two pairs and the second pair has still not been shipped, over six weeks later. I did contact EZContacts a few weeks ago, but never received a response. Despite their website noting “allow 3 - 5 business days for your custom lenses to be made by our optical lab” and “Some items may take 1-2 days before it reaches our warehouse” and it being just under 30 business days (over 41 calendar days), well past the 4-7 business days promised, I have still not received any notification whatsoever as to when I can expect my order, even with their statement for “Order Delays” which states “If your order will experience a delay due to a backorder, credit card verification problem, or availability problem then we will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours.” It has been well past 24 hours, and while they did charge my credit card, they still have not notified me as to the reason for the delay nor have they sent my glasses. I appreciate delays can happen, though don’t appreciate their complete lack of regard for customers, their inconsistent service delivery, and the complete lack of even a minimal amount of customer service. Thankfully I can get my purchase refunded, though can’t get back the 6+ weeks waiting for a pair of glasses that numerous other companies have.

No updates on progress of prescription sunglasses. Was given one email for confirmation of order and thats it. Took over a month to receive.

Ordered contacts on 3/20/21. Did not get any notification about shipment until 4/15/21 even though I had sent emails asking about it. A simple confirmation that the order was delayed for any reason would have been appreciated.

I am still waiting on my contacts to arrive. It has been over a week and tracking shows they are still 2 states away. Hopefully I get them within the month

When ordering my glasses it should have been recommended that I add anti-glare. I can’t wear my glasses due to all the reflections. I also thought I could do an exchange and pay shipping only. Not happy and stuck with glasses that give me a headache from all the glares.

It seems like every time I order from EZcontacts the item is either backordered and takes forever to arrive with no response from customer service, or, like my previous order, the item is not in stock or available at all and it takes numerous attempts to actually get someone from customer service to acknowledge me and refund my money. This last time the order did eventually arrive and the price was good.

Not too happy about what happened with my order somehow delivery got delayed...said between 3 to 5 business days here its 2 weeks now and still no contacts

Hard to rate as I am very disappointed. Saw them at Nordstrom but knew I could find them less expensive. COLORS ARE NOT THE SAME AT ALL. Would like to return but haven't had the time to look at return policy.

Shipping took way to long. So long that I waited over two weeks and got em drive red to my house from Amazon a full three days faster and same price. Will not use again

Hi I’m sorry but I waited too long for these and when I finally got them the frame was bent and the Rx feels weird. I wasn’t comfortable at all specially cuz the frame is not even straight at all.

I wish EZContacts would provide more accurate estimates around delivery date, this is my third poor experience where the item arrived almost a month after I ordered.

I've ordered like 5 pairs of the Versace VE1175, they come brand new very nice but every time I order the by 2 at least 1 comes with stones missing😞 I let customer service know about but didn't get a credit or anything just a "We'll check them twice next time" 😞👎 Meanwhile I'm wearing brand new Versaces with missing stones.

I placed an order back in March and still have not received my item. When I contacted your team I was told thenitem was back ordered. That should have been communicated early on, not 3 weeks after order was placed and only because I asked. I habe sent multiple emails asking for updates and while I get a response, there is usually no answer.

Horrible communication. No updates sent at all, when I called to ask, they said oh, we were closed for a week. Delivery took way longer that what I’ve experienced with other online glasses retailers. But now that they’re on my face, the Grind is flawless. Crystal clear.

The website says all orders ship for free. Yet when I was checking out, the free shipping option was not available. Emailed customer service and was told that promotional items are not included. I feel mislead. Anyway I paid for the shipping but it took quite a while to get to me. I can’t say that I am satisfied with the whole process.
