I do luv my new glasses but they were ordered on April 25 and received on June 3. It only takes 2 weeks at my optometrist office. Doubt I will use again

Wow! Shockingly horrible customer service experience with EZ Contacts. I purchased an item after consulting with a customer service representative about an item. The customer service agent gave me the incorrect information about an item. I purchased the item with the incorrect information. When I received the item not as described by the agent I contacted customer service. They blamed ME because the customer service agent had not checked with their lens making team to get the correct information. The customer service agent actually told me *I* should have checked with someone else to get the correct information. So we are not supposed to trust your own customer service department? Absolutely outrageous! I had the threaten a chargeback before I got the service I deserved. The only reason I am going them two stars rather than one is that I was able to eventually get a return label. I think I am being very generous.

Sunglasses are awesome. Shipping took forever. Finally had to call them because the order was never fulfilled. They said they were back ordered and would be shipping the next day. This was after already waiting for a week and a half. If they would have let me know about the back order I probably would have picked something else or gone elsewhere.

Quality and accuracy of product is 5-star. However, I am rating a 2-star due to lack of quality communication and customer service. I planned to travel for my birthday, paid 2-day shipping on a Wednesday. The product was NOT delivered until the following Wednesday. I had already been on my trip and back. Expedited shipping defeated the purpose. When I called to complain, the service rep wasn't pressed to make sure I was satisfied. I was then told the order WAS shipped in 2 days, ONCE the product was made available to ship. After expressing utter dissatisfaction, she offered HALF of my shipping cost to be refunded. If anyone chooses to use this company, I only recommend you do NOT waste your money paying for any special expedited services. Your product will arrive when they feel like shipping it, and without apology or ample compensation for the delay.

Been ordering from here for 5+ years. Takes forever to get anything. They don’t tell you if something is back ordered and make you wait weeks.

I ordered the Gwen Steffani eye glasses for $88 that I saw in an optical shop for over $225. I received your "version" and the color was not the same, seemed like a second.

I ordered my shades but never was told that they were on backorder. I paid for them to be delivered into the two days and got them and maybe three weeks. I should have been notified of replacing my order that they were on backorder and wasn't going to ship to me within 2 days. If a company knows that they don't have a product and start they shouldn't order that or they should at least tell you before you purchase or after you purchase and don't take your money know that they're not going to get them to you in 2 days I was upset about that but didn't come to do something about it no.

Great prices, but lack of transparency on what's actually in stock and ready to ship leads to poor wait times and long ship dates. Often requiring another purchase or plan to replace sunglasses.

I am pleased with my glasses now that I finally received them; however, I can not give EZ Contacts more than two stars because of how long it took EZ Contacts to process and ship my order. The FAQ on EZ Contact's website provides inaccurate processing and shipping times for US orders. When my order had not moved from the processing phase after thirteen business days, I contacted customer support to ask for an update. Customer support responded asking me to allow up to five business days for processing, completely avoiding my concern about my order, which had already been "processing" for thirteen business days. I wrote back again thanking customer support for the response but noting that it wasn't actually responsive to my inquiry. The customer support rep finally checked in with the lab for an update and stated that it was expected to ship out the next business day. The order did not ship out for another five business days. This rating would be higher if EZ Contacts were upfront with the processing and shipping estimates. Instead, from a customer's perspective, it seems like EZ Contacts is listing short processing times to lure in customers with a promise of quick processing and shipping but with no intent to fulfill that promise. It is misleading and shady. At the end of the day, it wasn't a big deal that I did not receive my order within the expected timeframe, but I wish EZ Contacts would have initially provided me with a more realistic estimate for when I would receive the order.

Ordered sunglasses that were said to arrive in five business days. That meant they should have arrived in time for Mother’s Day. Thursday before Mother’s Day I check and they’re still not shipped. When I spoke to customer service they said they were out of stock. I told them why wouldn’t they say that up front? Why take an order and say it’s going to arrive on time if you don’t even have it? Then I told them to cancel it and they said it’s too late because it shipped. Arrived after 2 weeks and now I have to pay for shipping it back. RIDICULOUS! Stay away from this company!!!

Wrong pair of glasses were sent. When called was told that what we ordered is on back order but we can return wrong pair and wait. Could not tell us when we could expect correct pair. Only gave 2 stars bc price was good for brand.
